we need some pure acetone (nail polish remover)
styrofoam dissolves easly
mix with a toothpick
when you see that it does not dissolve the same and leaves a homogeneous mass
you will have the glue ready
put a thick layer on the wood you want to glue
let dry overnight
it also serves to fix the plugs in plasterboard
colse hole in metal

I like a lot of your videos but you need to warn people that they could literally die from the fumes dissolving styrofoam in acetone. They need to be outdoors and wearing a mask. They can really hurt themselves.

I have watghed many videos on this, i have a bottle of 100% acetone and tried it, and it did nothing. Did not melt at all, any ideas why?
It has to be 100% acetone. You can't use fingernail polish remover with acetone because it's not stong enough.
I know this because I tried nail polish remover the first time, and nothing happened. I purchased a bottle of 100% acetone from Amazon, and it worked perfectly. It took a LOT more styrofoam than what I had, though, to make the glue.

Why are you wearing rubber gloves?? No female I know uses gloves to remove nail varnish. Totally mystified.

Only wimps or hippie, trippy fully paid up members of the hand knitted sandal brigade wear rubber gloves, females have been using acetone to remove nail varnish since WW2, no problems, or one can use cellulose thinners, as used in car paint spraying, enough of the health & safety BS.
Really?? Funny eh? Maybe you don't wear gloves when your wife does your nails and removes your nail varnish Cliff 😂 But for making glue, I think gloves are perfectly fine.
@ Jicaque Kruger with a name like that your fully intitled to were gloves. I’ve been using acetone and thinners for years on car restoration with no gloves or side effects and now 78 years old, like I said, WIMPS wear gloves.😂
