Thanks brother... it is genuinely a nice and quite place to stay and there are a few things which one can enjoy doing on weekends like paragliding and all. Talking about the cons, there's no one as such but it would have been better if the kitchen would be accessible for a few things... but for the you can have a tiffin service which can be of great help...
