Had that conversation with a man yesterday.
Those kinds of women are intimidated by men who have their act together. He was wondering why it's so hard to meet people and I said well it's your standards they're built into you and you don't want to contaminate yourself. Most women don't possess inner beauty. What you see is what you get. All that makeup wigs nails, yoga pants, charm is going to wear off and there'll be nothing left but anger, chaos and confusion. Some of us have learned how to steer around that s***. We enjoy our creative time and solitude. We know our needs go way beyond sex and a bunch of shiny things. We are not going to be anchored down like that so it leaves a smaller pool for us to choose from. We understand that.

@@the_creative70 yeah it takes some getting used to because as we grow that pool shrinks even smaller. To get by, I appreciate all positive interactions with humans. All of them. Lonesome alone lonely all mean different things. Had to unconfuse that in my brain.

A lot of women are so propped up by that superficial façade of hair, nails, makeup, clothes and bling. They’re insecure, fearing they can’t hold a man with anything other than that façade.
One day that superficial stuff is going to dry up, and then they are left only with looking at their true flawed selves. Some women need to start realizing that earlier in their growth.
I have had dates and relationships with some women who were super attractive physically, but after a while, that outer beauty was overshadowed by their personality flaws.
Guys might be attracted to a hot red Ferrari at the dealership, but if it don’t run right, it’s not going to be worth the time and effort, and many guys will just go and get themselves a Kia that runs great.
In fairness, there are also some women who’ve been so misused by “bad boy” / “player” types, and/or guys who don’t appreciate a good woman, that they can’ handle it when a man wants to give his all to her happiness and fulfillment. It’s like they’re so used to negative relationships that they gravitate back towards them because it’s what know.
A man who has himself together, and knows what he wants is not going to tolerate a woman who doesn’t. And it’s something more and more men are able to recognize early and see the red flags early.
While man are often thought of as creatures of desire, and in many cases that is true, there is still so much more than that for a lot of guys. It’s not just about sexual desires.
Many guys, even the ones you got themselves together, may indeed go for the roll in the hay if it’s available to them, but a female has got to have more than her face and body, for the guys with their acts together to want to maintain a relationship.
I’ve run into immature and self-sabotaging women before, and I do not tolerate it, especially as I have gotten older.

@@the_creative70 sometimes just being a listener and holding a conversation on different topics is all a person wants. I used to wonder about ghosting and why so many people do it? Duh? They are making their rounds. But when you know your needs, that tells you this person can't meet them. Some of us like the idea of having regular conversations with people we consider to be important. And it's not the frequency as much as the predictability. Everybody is busy. It doesn't feel good when your calls aren't returned, but that person wants to keep friend status when it's convenient. They are slippery.

I had to let mine fall down the rabbit hole of disappointments once I found out she was cheating. I fckd up once by letting her come back, but then I started to believe that she had a mental issue because she started being weird asf, so i left her to the streets.

It's happened to me more than I'd like it to... just a lot of women unhealed or stuck in their ways and don't want to create something healthy or worthwhile. I'm not going to sit around and break down years of walls to have a chance to earn that trust. That's not my battle to fight.
Yup. It’s not your battle to fight as you said. It’s not your responsibility to save people from themselves, and off times trying to do so just ends up hurting you.
Life goes by way too fast, and I regret the time and mental energy I wasted on women who didn’t fit what I needed, and who were unappreciative and unworthy of me.
As I’ve gotten older, I have to learned to pay more attention toward recognizing red flags earlier, and to be less willing to settle for women who don’t fulfill the traits on my relationship checklist.
Some women who have problems with themselves and they CHOOSE not to talk about it and simply don’t want help from others and doesn’t care and no accountability WILL cheat regardless of what they have SEEKING ATTENTION AND VALIDATION means they’re BORED in other words and they’re FULL OF BS and making EXCUSES to cheat!
