How to Beat the Crowds at Pompeii

Wondering how to enjoy Pompeii in high season? It's open until early evening in the summer, plan your visit so that you arrive in late afternoon! We did, in July, and we basically had the place to ourselves! There was a cool breeze, plenty of shade, and it was so quiet we could hear the crickets chirping! Traveling to Italy in high tourist season doesn't have to be stressful if you plan smart! Also we loved out Pompeii tour with Mondo Tours.
