I haven't really delved much into uncapped content and mostly have been sticking with AoS which doesnt have lightstones or artifacts to deal with. I would imagine that Kabua's artifacts are still BiS for more situations and the only other considerations are the specific DP/EVA/ACC artifacts. As for lightstones, I think maybe try to consider your playstyle and choose a lightstone set that matches that playstyle so ie: If you're an aggressive player, probably a lightstone set with lots of offensive stats, and vice versa if you are a defensive player.
