Mark Wiens Thanks for yet another great video, I'm heading to Bangkok in a weeks time and looking forward to checking out many of your recommendations.
*What I'd love to see and enjoy that a reunion of bloggers have a get together such as Trevor James and others, an hour of conversations and dishes in oriental cuisine and living, what a treat for all of us following these discussions Mark can this be possible since you all live just about in the same neighborhood? Thanks brother please send a hug to Ying and baby Micah....♥*
omg !!! the kanom tian got me more excited than the goose! I ate them almost every day when I visited thailand. the grannies in the remote chiang rai villages made the best. seeing it brings back lots of memories
The vinegar garlic sauce in the shop is the best sauce ever for goose in Thailand. This shop also has very good Chinese pork buns. If you go there two person or more than two person I like to recommend you to order separate small portion of goose at about 200 Baht for each person. Do not order medium portion for share as the price of medium portion is double the small portion but the quantity when it compares with small portion looks less than two small portion.
Best food adventure video so far in youtube. , I always love how you present the uniqueness of foods. Must follow if you are a food lover. Greetings from Tibet !!!!
I have tried duck feet and they are delicious, but they weren't a hit with any of my European friends. I've always loved those gelatinous textures. I'd love to try goose feet. Maybe on my next visit to London. Unfortunately Bangkok is a bit too far off for a short visit.
I've been there Mark! It's a really nice place! I'll be moving to Thailand with my wife this year, looking forward to test so delicious food, I always watch your videos man!
GOOSE is one of my very favorite things in life for a celebration meal- but IF you find a great place that makes it with good, crispy skin never go anywhere else!! It's not something you can eat often though as it's very heavy... once a month! P.S. That dish with the garlic, noodles and goose looked AMAZING *****
It great you pick up your friend to go for dinner look very good the table is full again thank you for your hard work good video thank you for sharing .
Mark, I'm really loving all of these videos in and around Bangkok! Since I live here, I'm always trying to find new places to take my family to try! That one episode with the stall in Ekamai was only 10 minutes from my home and I never even knew it existed! Thank you! :)
Thanks to you & Ying (hope the spelling is right!), the last few months at home has been a lot easier on me. I have never (since 2006) subscribed to a channel as quickly as I did yours. Stay happy, & inspired! Absolutely love all your videos (probably done watching all). Can't wait to visit all the places you have been to :). Micah is growing up in a very warm & welcoming home. Exactly what we need in this world now.
We went there about three weeks ago and the goose was insane. Really tasty. I also tried the bitter melon soup but not to my taste to be honest. The pork rib was great.
Hey Mark, would you video sometime about Thai life and Culture? I really enjoyed watching your videos where you stayed with your in-laws in the countryside, walked around the garden and cooked with your mother in law.
i like the way you react when you taste the food , i always feel hungry when i see you react the food , i watch your video everyday sometimes i repeat it , godbless mark weins , good health to your family :)
Awesome show! I've been going to this place since I was a kid. I've always been fascinated by the driveway in the middle between 2 spaces, but never put it into words... It's so cool you mentioned it right in the beginning. Their kings' shrine in the larger space is also pretty amazing. +You guys should also try another goose place in Yaowarat. It's a real small hole in the wall, literally through the chaotic facade of Chinatown. Also if you go early, you can get the intestine (Sai Gaw) and delicious blood cake. Bon appetit!
Blessed Sunday Mark, Ying, & Micah! I love your video's and I wish you safe travels and amazing food adventures in 2017. I haven't seen Dwight on your channel in a while that was surprising
Love all your videos Mark! Im.a huge fan from Western Australia! I'm still trying to work out what the hot spring was that you went to north of Taipei is called when those people you met drove you guys in their car :)

I have been to thailand many times and been fairly conservative in what i eat. However after seeing your videos I,m going to be much more adventurous. I,ve already found out that the less the decorations the better the food!
I know this one very small restaurant on ramintra road which serve much better testing goose and much much cheaper!! They also serve duck ,pork and rice cook with purple potato. You should try.
Get all the details about how you can eat at this goose restaurant on the blog: www.eatingthaifood.com/chua-kim-heng-goose-bangkok/
