Alot of "could save this", "could save that", COULD be spent on this. Their "contract" reads very similar to the brexit bus slogan lies. "could spend 350mil on the NHS".. Well we all know how that turned out. So when you read the word "could" in their manifesto, better read it as "probably not" .
Ask him about Brexit....Its cost the country Billions in lost trade and tax revenues.

We only officially left the EU in 2024
And while trying to deal with the brexit negotiations along came the unprecedented pandemic followed by Afghanistan evacuation climate change war in Ukraine all in just 3 years.
