About a tsp of dried tarragon will be okay and if you don't have vanilla pod then extract would work too!

I had one of these steamed fish in Spain, they also put diced potatoes into the foil, all in one, it was so delicious.

You can use any white fleshy fish, like sea bass, haddock or plaice?

Is there a good alternative for Sea Bream? This looks absolutely delicious, but I'm not 100% sure that we can get that kind of fish in the US/Minnesota. Thanks!

Loving all the fish recipes, I've made the curried lentils & cod which was brill- I just wish fresh fish wasn't so expensive!

a quick way to half grape tomatoes is to take two lids, place the tomatoes in-between, and get a knife across the two lids and it'll half the grape tomatoes

As a uni student with no money or cooking skills, I love to watch your videos, but it always leaves me so hungry afterwards :(. Keep cooking mates ;)

Its really really hard to get vanilla beans here and if I do find them they are ridiculously pricey. Is vanilla extract or essence an option?

I've seen vanilla with fish in Italian recipes before. I think it's a Mediterranean thing.

    why'd they deseed the tomato

+o shah Usually because the center (pulp/seeds) area is a very juicy part of the tomato, so Ben probably didn't want the salad dressing to become too juicy and/or without seeds.
Ben usually don't like using that part of the tomato :P

I used to eat fish that way in my house, just take out the salad and add tortillas =)

Masterchef judges would hate this because of the vanilla
