You can’t make anything with play-dough and not have it go hard, lose color and pull in on itself. She isn’t showing the baking and glazing process for polymer clay. Air dry clay isn’t really good for these either.

I'm not the person you're looking for but: - they use polymer clay, which is hardened in the oven - the white liquid is called liquid clay, and can help seal pieces together, or create realistic liquids like frosting and water - you can find a bunch of this stuff and craft stores in most countries, so go take a look and enjoy creating :)
