Sometimes, backlogs happen, especially if a lot of orders arrive around the same time and you have a lot of new staff, which is sort of the case at my workplace.
@scottman895 Yes, inexperienced or just plain not suited to the job is the main problem my workplace and most other restaurants appear to suffer from. A few of my coworkers only lasted their 2-day employment trial or 1-2 weeks despite generally performing their duties without complaining.

@@scottman895 At some other places with a difficult time getting good cooks, burned or undercooked food is a common complaint.
