I'm glad to read in you comment to a comment, that you intend to play more of his pieces. They reveal a very interesting composer. Thanks for the fluent performance. I wonder why this Toccata is in fact 2 movements only: the Allegro and (2) Minuets that serve like one mov, only (because of the repeat)?
Hi Riva! It will be good to play some different pieces and also review these same ones some time in the future. I don't know if originally the movements of these 'toccatas' were put together by the composer or if it was and arrangement made by someone else. In my book this one has Allegro, Minuet 1 and Minuet 2, at the end of which it says 'repeat Minuet 1' (doesn't say how many times and not sure if it is an indication from the editor, I guess one could go on and on with the repeats in these minuets!)
Do a 30 minute compilation and you might just have one of the best study music in youtube.
Thank you for the suggestion!
Lovely. Thank you 🇨🇦
I particularly enjoyed the Menuet -so appropriate for your instrument. Thank you !
Yes, the Menuet(s) fits the instrument particularly well.
I really enjoy your playing.
Thanks Jay :-)

Beautiful! Nice interpretation of this piece and lovely sound of your clavichord. Do you play the harpsichord too?
Thanks Luuk! Yes, I love the harpsichord :-)
