Xpel is horrible for bugs. They etch their way in the ppf way easier than they do paint. I couldn’t even get the bugs off with alcohol like they recommend. It looked horrible with bug guts! It also yellows over time, you can see the edges and often the edges peel up, get dirt stuck under them etc.. after my last corvette being completely wrapped in Xpel. I’ll never have it done again.
Thanks for watching! Sounds like you either got a bad roll of film or if you had an installer do it maybe they used a different film without you knowing. We have been an XPEL dealer since 2015 and have had very minimal things happen in the last 9 years nothing like what you are experiencing. Sorry to hear that! XPEL is a great product hate to see an experience completely turn you away from their product.
Thank you for the great information from a professional detailed and installer
Thank you for watching and showing your support! What should we make a video on next?
This is my truck! Thanks WG!
