Is there an easy way to make UV map and then export a complex Sketchup model, like a castle, into Substance Painter to create a really good normal map? I know there is an add-on to make UV map for Blender, but it's costly and I already spent too much on Painter.
@@Thesketchupessentials there is a node editor addon for sketchup right in the sketchucation addon store . You also made a brief video on it , its also getting updated very regularly .

Hello Sir! I've a query related to AutoCAD and SketchUp. I imported a plan from AutoCAD to SketchUp. Plan contains sinks, basin. But the problem is everything remain the same bt sink automatically generated into model. How is it possible??
@@justineibarra671 Apparently it had something to do with the web plugin they use to display the internet in SketchUp in older versions. Initially they thought they wouldn't be able to fix it, but they ended up getting it running again.
