It’s impressive how much she’s loved and the pride that is put into her food ! Pray you get your restaurant if it’s your dream! I see you’re a success where you are already! Proud those at the courthouse have you to allow them to be able to get well everyday but exceptionally well on Thursdays. The missing ingredient to your recipe is your love while preparing each piece and your joy of cooking! When you live your job - the end results are excellent or exceptional! Also they don’t have your awesome deep fryer! The ability to maintain a consistent heat all over the oil also assures the golden crust and moist chicken white and dark meat are delicious every time. TY for your loving and giving attitude to your customers! I know it’s appreciated and makes their day a little bit better

Ms. Rollins, I wished I was still living in Beaumont when you started cooking your famous fried chicken. I would make a point to get to the Court House before you put the first batch in the fryer....Yummy, fried chicken look soooo good, my mouth is watering.
I know for a fact that the Rollins FAMILIES can cook up some good eating. I grew up with a family of twelve to fourteen members.
Cooking is there talents.
Those chicken looks delicious. Unhealthy or not, I would run five miles everyday just to have those fried chickens!
