I really like the art in these panels. You can actually see hints of their eye colors (Maya- dark green, Mia- dark brown, Phoenix- dark blue, Miles- dark gray). It's much harder to tell apart their eye colors in-game.
I can never decide who I like more - Phoenix or Edgeworth. I adore Phoenix's enthusiasm & his comic inner monolgues - & I LOVE it when he/you raise an objection & he gets far too excited. BUT. Edgeworth is just... Well, he's Edgeworth.
Phoenix wright is in the bathroom, staring into the mirror with his briefcase beside him, his eyes shut and his mind in complete state of concentration his breathing flowing and even... his eyes open and he grins into the mirror before walking out and then down the hall way, he is standing before the large doors, 0:25 building tension, about to push open the door, his hand on the knob... 0:50 he pushes them open and walks in, slamming his briefcase down "Objection!" 0:58-3:40 he explains all.
The characters and the well written stories that make you question everything is what makes the games so good. Try the first one and see what you think.
True fact: GS 5 will have a new assistant, and Apollo and Phoenix will probably playable. It's coming out in Europe and the US in Fall 2013 on the 3DS EShop. Can't wait! :D

So yeah, I think they seem very eager to take a step back toward the old storylines and fan-favorite characters instead of what they were trying in Apollo (heck, Phoenix almost wasn't going to be in Apollo, just that Capcom got afraid of the amount of fan backlash if he was removed).

They played it safe with the Investigations games too by making it Edgewroth's game rather than letting Ema Skye as it was originally planned. It made for some good cases in the second game, but still. Apollo should have gotten his own share of independent games with just little ties to the Phoenix games, it would have allowed them to still make games for him WITHOUT ditching Phoenix and his share of characters.

Do you like stories with very memorable characters, plot twists and awesome pacing? Also if you like point and click adventures you will love this game.

It's weird because so many visual novels are made into anime, and rightfully so because their format lends itself to anime so easily. Ace Attorney are pretty much visual novels so there is absolutely no reason they wouldn't be able to make it, especially considering they'd get so much money from both western and eastern markets. Capcom clearly wants it's money pried out of our dead cold hands from bs DLC rather than print it by the boatloads by making this anime. At least we got a film ahaha.

No, it doesn't. It just creates plotholes and questions arround Phoenix. Where the Fey ended? What happened to Gumshoe? What happened to Iris? It never ends..
If not that, make a game where you have to take on the president of the united states or something, or an undercover terrorist, and make it for the 3ds and Wii U. That would make the grand scale of this kind of song spectacular to experience with such games I would think =D

But yeah, they really drew back on the whole thing. As much as I love Phoenix, I would've preferred a follow-up on Apollo. There were quite a few things left hanging at the end of 4. I think Polly had a very interesting, albeit overdone backstory, Phoenix just leeched the game from him.
