Dimash has also the live performance of the song of this mv When i've got you and also of the other new song Smoke in the concert of Hong Kong 23th december 2023..Unfortunately there isn't an official video in Dimash channel but there are many fancams and some are with good visual and sound..Anyway,every mv of Dimash is a work of art of high level in different ways and styles and also this mv is the demonstration that I'm right to think and say that Dimash is a phenomenal genius and is the most versatile singer in existence and in history..The Boss King Angel DIMASHcula Forever
I have to say your reaction to this music video (which is really a mini-film) is sort of weird. When someone requests a reaction to one of Dimash's MVs, they are asking for a reaction to his musical composition, story, cinematography, acting, cast, etc. etc. and last but not least his song which is used as the storytelling soundtrack along with the music.
Dimash's voice is Dimash's voice. No manipulations needed other than his own added backing vocals if needed. He already premiered the song at his recent Dec 2023 Hong Kong solo concert and wow, it was pretty spectacular live. And the music video (released single) track is almost as good as his voice live (but not quite as his physical charisma is stunning).
All of Dimash's music videos are works of art and he has quite a few now with a new one coming soon for "Smoke" which was filmed in Los Angeles last year. The MVs are great backgrounds to showcase his voice and music but we always prefer his live performances so he has to outdo himself with the music videos each time he makes a new one. Very creative all around genius and we never know what we will get with either his songs or MVs.
Thank you. I also thought their reactions to be very strange. I think instead of reacting to a new avenue for Dimash's incredible artistry, they were comparing it to live performances; that's like comparing apples to oranges. It's the very fact that over and over Dimash proves he is not a one-trick pony that is more impressive than even his incredible voice, which is saying something -- especially considering how involved he is in nearly every aspect of every project, whether that be a live stage show, a dramatized stage show, or a mini-movie/music video. I think a lot of people are getting so spoiled to his incredible live performances and vocal acrobatics that they don't know how to take his other gifts and even seem to think nothing can live up to the live performances, which certainly isn't the case. Sometimes, less is more and Dimash seems to understand that artistic truism. As you said, these are all works of art, which is one of the things I think sets Dimash a step above most other performers. :)

A great storyteller and paradigm breaker!
Anyone who watched the video, made by a fan with his cell phone, of Dimash's show in Hong Kong, had the pleasure of a first contact with the song “When I've Got You” and realized, in Dimash's own music and in the lyrics by Candice Kelly and Dmytro Gordon, a romantic, seductive and passionate song sung with Dimash's own virtuosity. There was tension and anxiety in being able to watch the studio version with better sound quality...
Now, with the release of this music video, we realize how creative Dimash is:
A suspense video with a “noir” atmosphere, but without being located in the past, and a tale of passion about a supernatural creature who feels alone and needs to fulfill his passion for a mortal woman who suffers for wanting and not wanting turn her into one of his supernatural creatures.
Iskander Yerbolat's plot intrigues us to solve the mystery of the entire tale being a dream of a journalist who interviews “DQ”, or being a reality where the “vampire” did not bite his “prey” out of love! Intriguing...
The video is a show in itself: Desaturated with vivid red details (umbrella, blood in the hands, blood in the pool, advertising sign, neon on the mirror...), a classic Rolls Royce, a gloomy and modern mansion and lots of details.
As background music, he uses the work “Flower Duet” (Lakimé) by Léo Delibes. To create an old and suspenseful atmosphere, he does not use the 1968 edition and recording, by Joan Sutherland and Jane Berbié, but rather the original version from 1915, sung by Alexandrovna Mikhailova and Ivanovna Panina, recorded with a gramophone!
The music video is a story that pays homage to several classic dramas involving supernatural creatures and passion! The impeccable editing with precise cuts that complete the script, simple and extremely efficient effects and masterful performances: Dimash (the seductive and tormented vampire, Polina Guzieva (the passionate journalist), Manuel de Jesús Sánchez Sotolongo (the sinister butler) and the harem of soulless vampires (Angelin Sapozhnikova, Valeriya Lyasheva, Andreana Tkachenko, Maria Aristatarkhova, Lilia Kiser and Klinnyushina Alina), superb!
The music is a show in itself: a mix of Blue, Scat, Jazz, R&B, Rock... Captivating variations: a bridge to the chorus full of strength and seduction and a beautiful chorus inspired by classic rock and dexterity and Dimash's agility! In addition to the well-placed guitar solo performed by Abik Jeksen!

By any standards this MV is absolutely brilliant and most singers could not perform the insane runs which need amazing vocal control. Dimash makes everything look so easy until you try and duplicate it yourself.
Very boring reaction of this gentlemen. The music is an American way, it is complicated mixing of several styles but not a British kind music. This is why they reactions are cold and distant.
Hi! You have begginig near the last Dimash`s song but it`s ok! He is the most incredible talented singer... and it`s good watch his evolution from 1917 to understand more. Maybe you really want to know more after this!! I suggest the classics like SOS, Olimpico, Samaltau and Ikanaide from the Tokio Jazz Festival. And Screaming, very poppy in both versions MV or live including rap at Idol Hits. Maybe Diva dance from Bastau and Stranger. Regards!

We waited so long for this and it was worth it. Who knew we needed a long-haired Dimash! This is a mash up of Bram Stoker's "Dracula", "Interview with a Vampire", Michael Jackson's "Thriller", and Meatloaf's "Bat Out of Hell". Love this mv. Most of his music videos are cinematic.

Haven't you seen his masterpiece The Story Of One Sky? Is that really possible? I don't know because you don't have a Dimash playlist. It is truly a masterpiece. He worked on it for three years. The video is full of symbolism. No camera angle is unwanted, every scene has a meaning and should be watched carefully to understand the video. For the first time, the message of the video is much more important than his voice.

The official live version of his concert (on September 23, 2022 in front of 30,000 people from 68 different countries) is available on his channel, Almaty concert part 3 from minute 23:15 with a short speech in which he sings the song for the first time presented. You should definitely see this. There are subtitles in English.

I disagree somewhat. What Dimash is doing here is to demonstrate other qualities of his voice rather than just the range. That dirty, gritty growl at the start of the second verse, that momentarily jump into whistle register in the second chorus, and that part of the chorus where he sings very quickly.

On February 26, 2024 in Istanbul, Dimash Qudaibergen presented a music video for a new work “When I’ve got you”. The premiere took place as part of a press conference held by the artist in connection with his upcoming solo concert in Turkiye.
The main idea of the clip belongs to Dimash and the MV’s director Galym Asylov: “A world-famous artist, who leads a very private lifestyle, decided to give his first open interview. The young journalist chosen by him goes to the meeting in great excitement, immensely worried and tormented by the question: “What if?…”. The woman’s vivid imagination suggests a mysterious image of the main character and plunges her into a mystical story.
“Everyone knows that Dimash is a kind and simple person. Not much is known about his personal life, he does not often appear in the media space and does not give particularly personal interviews. We wanted to present the artist from a slightly different side, in a “book”, fictionalized image”, - shared the director.
Galym Assylov and Zhanibek Gusmanov - the second director of the project and line producer say that the shooting process was very interesting, it took place in Almaty. A creative team of more than 70 people worked on the clip with the involvement of specialists from China. It was there that the costume of the main character was sewn and together with Kazakhstan specialists created the whole image of the artist.
The casting was not simple enough: many actresses and models were tried for the role of the main character and other characters. Three locations were used in the clip, and the search for ancient culture was not an easy task. In a creative atmosphere, a large international team tried to create a mysterious story in every element of the interior, in every detail of the costume, in every frame.
The composition itself was written by Dimash. The author of the lyrics was Candice Kelly. The co-writer of the lyrics, co-producer, orchestrator and arranger was Dmytro Gordon.
“Working with Dimash is a dream for many, and I felt extremely honored and privileged that he has entrusted me to work on this song with him. It felt like a great responsibility, as “When I’ve Got You” was a step into a new direction for Dimash as an artist, and it was also something different for his core audience. Dimash told me that for some time, he wanted a track on the verge of blues, jazz, rock, and r&b, and my suggestion was to make it sound fresh and edgy - something raw but beautiful, something truly unexpected. That has resulted in a blend of some heavy drums, electric guitars and piano together with the orchestra, synthesizers, harmonica, and even a choir. You ARE correct! This was filmed on location in Kazakhstan. Director is a Dimash friend. Actress is a former athlete. The butler also lives and works there, but is, I believe, originally from Brazil.
