This is very very explanatory. Thank you
👍 Thank you for watching.
Thank you so much for this video.
Such explicit a video.
But I think you made a mistake in writing the formula for calculation of CFUs.
thank u so much
👍
Well explained 👏
Thank you ☺️
Thank you 👍🏿
👍
If I were to use vial 3 and 4, how will I standardised / average them? From the reading, they are 2,600,000 CFU to 3,500,000 CFU respectively. Will the average be 3,050,000 CFU?
Choose the one with countable CFU.
@@MicrobiologyMantra thank you. Yes, both have countable CFUs, as per your illustration. Though the computed ranges are wide, that's why I am seeking guidance.
You cannot take average of two different dilutions. You must take the average of two plates from the same dilution.
Thank you. It now makes sense.
Thank you ❤
👍
Thanku so much❤
👍
Thanku ❤❤❤
👍
Now, I'm able to understand
👍
Can you give us some of your reference, like ebook or journal, i need it for my practical task
On what topic?
@@MicrobiologyMantra about this topic, bacterial dilution
@@MicrobiologyMantra like, where are you got this bacterial dilution technical and procedure
I don’t have any particular reference for this topic. I made this out of my own practice knowledge and resources from the Internet as well. There is lot of information available on this topic on the Internet. I suggest you to summarise and make notes. That will make you more familiar.
It's kind of odd that the narration just disappears for the back half of the video
