A couple of years ago, I used to follow your 15-minute morning stretch regularly, but I’ve fallen off track with yoga and exercise since then. Thank you, Sarah, for consistently providing such helpful yoga routines. At 65, you continue to inspire me to stick with my yoga practice!

Try my 10 min Daily Foot Stretch as a warm up for a couple of weeks and see if that helps
