    I tried this routine for the first time this morning, and my back feels much better already! A couple of years ago, I used to follow your 15-minute morning stretch regularly, but I’ve fallen off track with yoga and exercise since then. Thank you, Sarah, for consistently providing such helpful yoga routines. At 65, you continue to inspire me to stick with my yoga practice!

    You and Kassandra posted short lower back yoga sequences within days of each other. Hers is 15, hours is 10, so I do them back to back, and feel amazing 🥰

    ❤ perfect. I was kinda skeptical at first thinking I wouldn't be able to do that this morning, but so glad I did.     Question: any little exercises to prevent toe cramping when switching from weighton toes to top of feet.

      Try my 10 min Daily Foot Stretch as a warm up for a couple of weeks and see if that helps
