When you have defensive schemes specifically geared to stop you night in and night out and still crush the record in roughly 500 fewer games than Allen. We're lucky to be witnesses this once in a lifetime talent. Hope he has 3 or 4 solid years left to really make the record untouchable!

The game was trending that way no doubt, but to say he sped it up a “little” is a massive understatement. Watching Steph since 2012. Seen him growing up, winning, creating magical moments & most importantly a guy who changed the game of basketball. Finally, he broke the record. Very happy to witness this moment and curry Era. This will be remembered and stay with me till I grow old.

I saw the dominance of the big men, Hakeem, Patrick, Zo, Mutumbo and Shaq then saw the torch passed to Kobe. I watched Iverson, Garnett, T-Mac, Vince. Then the evolution of LeBron, Wade, Melo, KD, Harden and the greatness of Steph and they have made way for the newer generation. Giannis, Embiid, Lillard, Luka, Morant, Trey, LaMelo… Through all those generations the greatest I’ve seen was MJ, but my goodness Steph has been unquestionably the greatest shooter and arguably the most influential to the way the game is played. I’m honored to have witnessed it all and can’t wait for what’s next. I love this game.

Went to the Hornets basketball camp for kids from 94-97. My first year Dell Curry came and I asked him how do we shoot like he does. He taught as his 3 hook( that hold up the net) trick. Years later I played against Steph. First game I was on 🔥, afterwards he asked where did I learn to shoot like that? I said your Dad taught me back in the day 😂 . He said I’m have to have a talk with about giving away family secrets 😂. He came back the next game on 🔥. Im 2-2 against him all time but he is the greatest of all time. Proud of you Steph. You were one of my favorite people to play against when we were younger, you’re one of my favorite players to watch then and now man congratulations from one Queen City baller to another.
