I get that developers hate seeing that skill percentage thing but I wish interviewers shared the same opinion. But in reality, interviewers will sometimes ask: "On a scale of 1 to 10, how high do you rate your JavaScript skills?"
DISLIKE :( You contradict yourself.. If you say that the company doesn't give you any slack then you ARE NOT an investment. If you say that the company gives you some slack because you are a junior dev then you ARE an investment.
