AR App Idea: Interactive Realtor Resources for Open Houses

Using the Torch AR mobile design app we built a real estate MLS augmented reality app that enhances the home buying process for both the realtor and the buyer. With a mix of 2D and 3D elements, this app adds delight and becomes another resource realtors can offer their clients to ensure they have all the information they need during the home buying process.
The app was completely built on iOS with Torch AR after an initial discovery and requirements meeting with, local realtor Wm. David Gambill (OR licensed, Keller WIlliams).

This entire AR experience, including concepting, asset creation, and building the demo AR app only took a few hours. For most AR projects, we find the Torch visual design environment can cut the time to build 3D apps by more than 90%
For a production app you'd, of course, use a CMS and other tools to create a fast authoring environment for realtors.
