    I use fenugreek infused olive oil on my scalp and hair. Then after I'm done with the soaked fenugreek I blend it in water, strain out larger particles and use as a protein hair mask. Awesome. And very cheap.

    • @teap.9045
      @teap.9045 6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      shadele17 can you explain that further? Like step by step on how you prepare it.

    • @shadele17
      @shadele17 6 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      Tia Synti Very simple. Buy fenugreek seeds from the supermarket and pour extra virgin olive oil over the seeds in a jam jar or mason jar and leave in the sun by a window sill etc for about a week or so. You could also warm in a hot water bath to make it infuse faster if you need it in a hurry. Do not overheat, you don't want to destroy the nutrients. I strain my infusion through a large sieve and pour into an applicator bottle. I massage into hair and scalp as needed.

    • @shadele17
      @shadele17 6 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      Tia Synti For the hair mask, I make use of the fenugreek seeds left behind in the sieve. I place in a blender with a little water and puree into a paste. I pass the puree through a large sieve just to get the larger particles out. I then use this puree as a deep conditioning treatment after a clarifying shampoo. It will have a lot of slip from the olive oil so quite easy to apply but you will need to rinse out thoroughly. I also follow up this treatment with a store bought rinse out conditioner or fresh aloe vera, if I feel my hair is a little dry. I keep the seeds from the used fenugreek in the jar until I need the mask but not more than a couple of weeks at the most. I make the puree just before I'm ready for the treatment.

And since... girl, my hair so long, and so much thicker. I'm going to try some natural products, but only a few because the only-water regimen is going so good, I really don't wanna mess it up, so I'm scared to try!😣

    Bomb video 👌I definitely feel the product dependency has gotten out of control. I have fine medium density low porosity natural hair. I'm sick of buying products that have little affect on my hair. I'm try wash and go s 4 summer. And leaving my hair alone

    Amla powder and aloe vera juice is a great hair mask. Tea rinses are really good pre poos. My favorite tea for my hair is Jasmine, Hibiscus, and Ginger Tea.

    Im trying to grow my hair 3 inches in the 3 next months and I'm doing the rice and green tea treatments on my scalp while keeping my hair in protective styles.my hair is about about 2.5 inches below my armpit and my bday is in February and i really want to straighten it because i havent done it in 4 years so im doing the rice water treatments so that my hair can reach under my boob or close in the next 3 months.nobody for all of this but i just wanted to rant rq😂

    So story time: I tried to DIY my hair products once i did shea butter , egg , cucumbers, and a little bit of coconut oil. Then i whipped it up altogether. I used it for about a week and it was amazing UNTILLL it started to smell funny and started to mold. I guess it was suppose to stay in the fridge. Idk I was so scared to diy anything every again 😭 then I started back with cheap hair products
