      Have faith in JESUS CHRIST as LORD and SAVIOR for HE SAVES from hell❗️
      *What is the Gospel?*
      The true gospel is the good news that God saves sinners. Man is by nature sinful and separated from God with no hope of remedying that situation. But God, by His power, provided the means of man’s redemption in the death, burial, and resurrection of the Savior, Jesus Christ.
      Ephesians 2:8-9
      For it is by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of GOD, not a result of works, so that no one may boast.
      Romans 10:9
      9 because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
      JESUS CHRIST can come anytime!

    for 6 months once a week , I would take 1 teaspoon of each henna, amla, hibicus, brahmi, shikikai, neem, and yucca root powder, and mix with a deep conditioner leave on for 3 hours the first hour I would sit under a hooded dryer...long story short strengthens, noticeable growth, and softness...I would also follow up with a diy avocado, molasses, oil blend deep treatment...my hair loves this, I now only do it once a month

    In our culture (Middle East) we use henna once or twice a year at least. It dehydrates the hair, and of course for the dye purpose too, but doesn't in any shape of form thickens it. Because straight hair is too damp, henna will strip the oils and make it dry, so it seems it gained some sort of volume to it. But it's instant solution for thin hair. My hair is can't handle henna because it's too thin and curly too. So I don't do it as many times.. But thick curly hairs don't need it really because you have beautiful luscious strands regardless. 😊

      Smashbox hello. I actually used henna this weekend. I no longer use lemon juice. I get my henna from Hennasooq. Khadijah, the owner says lemon juice is actually not good to use. I don’t use indigo because I love my red edges. I mix the henna with warm water, sometimes tea, hibiscus, aloe Vera, just depends on my mood. Let it sit for at least 4 hours and apply to my hair. Let it stay in my hair for at least 4 hours and rinse and co wash with a conditioner like Trader Joe’s tea tree conditioner. I shampoo my hair 4-5 days later. No indigo fo me because I love my red edges. I have a video on my channel. Please watch it when you have time. Good luck and stay safe 😊

    So If I let the henna sit 24 hours. The henna won't dye my hair? Or will I still need to mix indigo powder, for a natural color?

    Please don’t cut your hair! One question I do have is Aussie moist has silicones in it what are your thought on silicones for our type of hair. I use humectants but tend to avoid silicones?

    • @EfikZara
      @EfikZara  6 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Lol I LOVE IT!! I shampoo my hair so I don’t have any issues with cones. Are the cones water soluble? Tbh I don’t really care because it makes my hair feel amazing and again... I shampoo. Lolol I advise you to do what works for you. Some naturals avoid cones, others don’t. Either, or!

      Thank you for being so honest I have information overload on what I should and shouldn’t do. My hair feels great with silicones but I have been told they won’t let moisture into my hair so I stopped, what I did notice is my hair can go dry after a few days but it does that anyway without silicones! If you put silicones in your hair when conditioning will it allow for your styling products to penetrate? Thank you

    So how often a month can you do this ? Isn’t it a protein treatment ? Isn’t to much protein bad for your hair ?

    Hello EfikZara. I started my hair journey and love all your videos. I did my first straight henna treatment today 5/30/20. I did two glosses before that to work my regime to this. I know you been doing henna, have been doing they back to back or streching them out. Please let me know. Thank you.

      I do them every 6-12 weeks... it just depends on how I’m feeling lol. I haven’t done one in AGES... not because I don’t want to but because I’ve been busy. As soon as I’m available, I’ll do one because it’s still a very important part of my regimen. I think it’s best to do them every 6-8 weeks, and that’s what I would do if I had more time. I’ll likely go back to doing them that frequently when I am able.

      Lol, most def. it will completely cover the highlights and turn them copper-auburn (depending on how blond they are).

    Love the video. I’ve been using Red Raj henna from a black owned female business for over 5 years. I don’t use ACV or lemon juice due it being so drying to my hair. I use 1 tbsp Amla powder...about 1-1 1/2 tsp Aloe Vera powder (the Aloe is very concentrated so I really don’t need much...about 2 tbsps hibiscus powder and Red Bliss essential oil with warm (not hot) distilled water. All products are from hennasooq.com. I let the dye release for about 3-4 hours...put it in my hair and let sit for 3-4 hours. When I blend my henna I actually use my blender with the metal beaters. I did make sure this was fine by calling the owner. IF your henna has added ingredients it shouldn’t then you can not use a metal beater. Since I know this henna is pure I can use it since beating henna manually smooth hurts my wrist. I rinse with warm water first and then (if I’m in the mood) use VO5 conditioner...if no conditioner then just water and then a deep treatment or the hennasooq Honey Nourisher with heat or my steamer. Since I’ve been using henna so long for me it’s not messy as long as I don’t make it watery. Anyone who hasn’t tried henna should...HOWEVER...if you want to use a chemical dye at some point you might have problems since henna is permanent.

    WHAT KIND OF HENNA DID U USE? WHAT BRAND? I WANTED MY HAIR BLACK, BUT HAD TO TO DO IT IN TWO STEPS. WITH INDIGO. THE BLACK COLOR DID NOT LAST IT TURNED AUBURN. IS THERE A BLACK HENNA ON THE MARKET. MY ROOTS ARE WHITE. HELP

    • @EfikZara
      @EfikZara  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      I wouldn't recommend any "black" henna. It usually has impure additives. I think the two-step process is the way to go.

    When using henna and hibiscus how many packs do I use or the measurements of using them

    • @EfikZara
      @EfikZara  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      My hair is really thick so I use 400-500 grams... usually 3 parts henna to 1 part hibiscus, 4-1, or 1-1... just depends on how I’m feeling. I alwaaaays use 400-500 grams though, total (because my hair is so long and full).
