We grew up eating our pozole with shredded cabbage and radishes, and of coarse onion and cilantro. Something about that cold crunch and warm broth mixed together 😍😊💜
The food looks amazing. And steph you hv a seriously sweet glow about you. Idk if it's you cooking or wht it could be. You're beautiful. Cloud you are amazing and truly a wonderful sister. We love watching and trying your food. Thanks for sharing
Chica you are so talented and appreciated. I’m 57 and my pollitos are grown. Never having the recipes I just wung the recipes my mom didn’t write things down and I wasn’t with it enough to watch her❤️thank you for content and expertise
Also, Ooooh, it's.... "That Soup! With the Corn!!" lol that was one memory that stayed permanently lodged in my brain after a few visits to Mexico back in my teens/20s... oh how I searched for "that corn" when I got home (pre internet days- it was hard times, kids... lol) Anyway, amazing dish, one of the top soups ever, that said, the Homany corn alone... that is a whole next level of corn, and the squeeze of fresh lime on top?? ...omg Yes please!! * chefs kiss *💋👌❤ PERFECTION
This looks so good. Amazing really. Speaking of pumpkin seeds ( pepitas), I made your avocado toast with apple and topped with the pepitas. It was amazing and my hubby loved it. I’ve had it for breakfast for about 5 days in a row. I sprinkle just a tiny bit of salt directly on the Granny Smith apple 🍏 and boom done. Glorious. I suggest everyone try it because it’s healthy and delicious. Love sent.💜

I made some polo verde last month! My roommate loved it and asked if i for the recipe from you! 😂 and for once it wasnt but im happy to see we used the same things. I would love to see your take on ceviche verde! Made some of that today and it was so yummyy
This is such a great recipe. I just learned about this recently and made it for the first time. It was delicious awesome recipe. I was just wondering I went to your store front and I was looking for this Mexican soup pot that you are making your making the yummy pozole verde I couldn’t find it. Do you know where I can locate one I would love to purchase one. Thanks for the great recipes.
I really enjoy your videos, love your recipes, but do have a question for you. I love yellow posole and yellow hominy. I'm not as fond of the canned white hominy and would prefer to cook the dried yellow posole whenever I have the opportunity to do so. So on that note, do you have any idea of how to interpret the measurement between the canned hominy and the dry posole? I'd appreciate any help you can provide. Thank you.
I imagined that dress as Japanese (but maybe it has Mexican roots that IDK about?), and right away I started thinking she was going to make Japanese/Mexican fusion. I don't know if that's even a thing, but that's why I get inspired from these vids. Imagine chicken katsu with jalapeno and pickled onions. What if you made a flash fried dumpling stuffed with civiche? I could do this all day. Dry some poblanos and blend them with dry seaweed, let it dry and wrap it around shrimp and cilantro. Hit is with a chili flake crema. I'm gonna make all of that.
any leftovers & do you deliver...i have access to a belly dump...🚚...if i need to carry out instead...i don't mind 😝🙃😜...this pozole is next level...‼️...
This sounds so good! Love all the toppings. 😃😍❤️❤️💟 Thankb you for all your recipe. Hope you have a wonderful blessed weekend with the family!! 💗 #viewsclubforlife
Hi, I roast them over a rack until the skin is completely roasted. I remove the Chiles and allow them to sweat in a closed container. After a few minutes, I remove the peel, seeds and steams. Wipe down any excess charred skin 🫶🏽
Excuse me, but what are you cooking with??? Is that a glazed terracotta crock, or an enameled cast iron pot? It sounded different when you put the lid on so caught my attention, like is that just a clay crock, on gas? Idk why, it didn't occur to me that glazed crock pots could go on fire. I cook with stainless steel or cast iron but just recently got a few cast iron enameled pieces and don't know their limits and such, but I love cooking outside over wood fire and coals when it's not winter, but I'm afraid to ruin the enamel, for that matter, I was afraid to put it on the propane cook stove because I thought the enamelwouldcrack. Anyone have experience please offer your expertise! Thankyou
It's from the ancient cookware brand on her Amazon storefront the description says Made of natural clay and certified lead free and completely safe for food use. Can be used on gas, electric or glass stovetops, as well as the oven, microwave, or grill

Would it make a difference at all of you roasted the tomatillos? Wondering if that would make it a little stronger somehow.
No some recipes make it that way too

How do you “roast” the peppers for prep?
Hi, I roast them over a rack until the skin is completely roasted. I remove the Chiles and allow them to sweat in a closed container. After a few minutes, I remove the peel, seeds and steams. Wipe down any excess charred skin 🫶🏽
Never seen lettuce used before always had cabbage served in it
Are the pumpkin seeds optional?
LOVE your dresss!!! ❤❤❤❤
Gracias amiga 🤗💕
You always look gorgeous 😍 💕
Can I use this ingredients for pork pozole ?
💓💖💓
Not a fan of pozole, but this dish may convert me.
Beautiful lady
Why do they put spinach? Just a question..😊
And pumkin seeds?
Spinach to enhance the green color and pumpkin seeds for the nutty flavor
U kill it every time beautiful

I never saw you put salt😮 or did you add chicken bouillon?
Hi, I left all the details in the description box for the chicken broth 💖
