You dont need lock this fly wheel just hit spanner by your hand or Hammer, you need special tool for that and special removing pulling bolt, you can bay this on ebay or Amazon.
Sorry but you're misrepresenting how hard it truly is to take the magneto off the shaft. You need a really hard bolt and a strong impact wrench. Alternatively, you can do it without a wrench but you're gonna need a good way of holding the wheel stationary. Simple tap with your palm is not going to do the trick.
All depend on what tools you use, and how strong fly wheel sitting on shaft, that one was easy as i take it of before by impact gun, but you right most of them are very hard to pull off.

what was the torque values for the magneto bearing bolts please?
140 Nm for magneto fly wheel and 25Nm for starter clutch
I had one bolt strip and still cant get the flywheel off how did urs pop right off?
If you watch video properly you can see is special removal bolt pull off that magneto wheel. You can bay it on ebay or some other market place.
