full week of workouts at Alphaland *glute focused

Hi friends 👋🏼 welcome to the fam!!
I’m finally back in the gym at almost full strength after almost a month of being heavily modified SO, we’re celebrating with a full week of workouts! I’m going to walk you through the workouts that my coach @empoweredbyjules has programmed for me!
Friendly reminder that I am not a personal trainer! So instead of talking you through the form and what the exercise should look and feel like, we’re going to talk about what I do know a lot about: gym anxiety & looking like a fool 🙃 because unfortunately those are both pretty common occurrences for me.
This video was also filmed at Alphaland- basically Disneyland for fitness influencers! Plus I only have 6 more weeks left to train here before I have to head back to Canada (which is so sad) so I really want to pump out the content while I still have the chance to create here.
