I think it could be because her first reset got interrupted by her hitting her head during the first reset and possibly blacking out during her first reset. I think some how that changed something in her head keeping her memories. To explain the line by bookworm at the end of episode 2, Mitch could have called Mike’s strange ability in and that was the reason bookworm came in for a “health inspection”.
@@randomsubscriber3578 I was thinking in episode 1, Miko was technically shielded because she fell backward and therefore the wipe failed. Then later she takes the wipes point blank and nothing happens, but no explanation given
Really enjoyed this video! Largely agree with all of your points, so no fault there. I'm someone who's super into video games so I was cautiously excited when Glitch Techs was first announced but I wasn't sure if it would stick the landing, considering most shows that I found reference video games were very hit or miss. I don't think they have to DIRECTLY name what they're referencing in order to be appealing, just showing a love for the culture and medium itself is enough. Thankfully, Glitch Tech succeds and it's way more than JUST video game references. I haven't gotten too deep into it myself, but it's a breath of fresh air that makes me want to continue watching. Both Five and Miko are really likeable and have a really nice dynamic, their personalities compliment each other really well. I 'm glad this is getting really great reception, because I'm hoping for a Season 2 really soon.
Anyone want to save Glitch Techs? Then this Petition might help ^^ chng.it/HvDsWTSVRP It isn't often that a series as recent as Glitch Techs in the past 7 months of it's release is rightfully deserving of the praise and the growing fandom surrounding it. This is truly a fun action packed show with well written characters, unique art style and developing lore that continues to intrigue. It is the best show that's out there in 2020 and THE BEST that Nickelodeon has aired in a long while 👏👌 Help grow the community and spread the word.👍

Best episode so far for me was the Castlevania-like one. Dracula quotes, I was like cool... then even did an inverted castle bit of Symphony of the Night. I was like ... huh... holy crap.
Glad you also love this amazing series! As a huge videogame nerd I been waiting for this great animated series ever since it was announced back in 2015/16. I binged the first season when it was first released!
I do enjoy the review itself. But i just can't help but put my full attention on this man. It's so much fun to watch him nod, blink and make faces along the audio.
I like it kinda, but the glaring problem to me is that they aren't fighting external enemies, they're just working for the company whose hardware and software is responsible for all these apparently really dangerous things existing. Instead of letting people know and cautioning them on the potential dangers of the products they sell, they're going to extreme measures to cover their own lying asses by wiping memories so as to not get sued for the damage their products cause. They aren't really saving anyone except the company they work for, so that kinda bugs me. Other than that, the characters and accurate use of gaming terms are where the show shines. It's not just an extended version of that one game episode of every cartoon.
I think that it could actually lead to some story regarding the scumyness of companies and revealing to the world how calculating they can be after they have a better realization but it likely wouldn’t and there is also the mystery brought up in the second episode that could take center stage in later episodes.

imagine this dude sitting there for like 7 minutes just bobbing his head as he hears his voice infront of the camera... ...now i want a video like that.
Yeah, same, I already finished watching both seasons, and it was soooooo good!!!, got even better later on in the second season, and yes, I too am old af still watching cartoons, so you’re not the only 1 lol,
This show is super super dope it's like Ghostbusters mixed with Men in Black and I want to personally thank you for getting me into the show after you talked about it so much
The only nikpick (which I can competely ignore) I got is that I feel character design wise, Miko stand out a tad too much. I mean she is so colourful when you place her with her family. While I get her family are suppose to be dull but still, she outshine Five if the two are together like a dynamic poses! Granted Miko is still my favourite! She's a great competition to DVA from Overwatch it come to being the ideal dream gamer nerd waifu! Also I can't my finger on how they get the video game reference just right? I mean you could argue that it could be overbearing but it just sit fine with me especially with other cartoon failed attempt at VG reference (Victor and Valentino castlevania reference in the bats episode just made my eyes rolls). In saying so this is coming from a gamer but I do want to know if my non gamer friend has watched this yet and what she think of it? As for Mitch, I originally thought he was going to fired for the stunts he pulled in the first episode (Five reset to ensure he remain champion and abuse his reset power to get free food) but vow revenge and become a villian. At this point however he better served as the comedic foil and very unlikely to be redeem later on like some jerk characters in other cartoon. Lastly, I'm not convince it suppose to end at 9/ 10 episodes (episode 1 look like it suppose to be part 1 and 2)! While I have loved every episodes but so far they haven't touch about that mystery that was mention in episode 2 with that supervisor lady says the two are potiential for something or how Miko is immune to the reset (I thought it was because the reset wave knock her unconious before it take effect but later in that epsiode, she took direct effect of it and it didn't phase her). Oh one more thing, loved the anime chibi style or effects they used at times!
And not to mention the show has no plans to have a season two due to the almighty Nickelodeon. Cuz they told them to. Im hoping the show will gain traction so that we can get a season 2. And I also agree, there were some things that never were cleared up. In the episode with the dinosaurs, Five was shown to be under influence of a glitch from the friend. Since the signs of the influence showed up three times I thought there would be some arc or something. And it was never explained why Miko wasn't effected by the mind wipe either, which I was sure would be looked upon too. So yeah, there is still some mystery that needs clearing.
Yeah this show seems to have potential. I wanna see more of that shady third party that was subtle-y shown in that one episode, and other stuff like why can’t Miko be mind-wiped and is Mitch really that awful lol XD I hope we see more!

We'll see
We could at least watch the series in smartphones.
Carl Johnson yep cause my house doesn’t have cable only online streaming
I wanna know more about the fact Miko can just take memory wipe shots like a boss-
Yeah kinda sad they completely gave up on that but i feel like that might be the plot in season 2

I love this
It's Men In Black for gamers
Best episode so far for me was the Castlevania-like one. Dracula quotes, I was like cool... then even did an inverted castle bit of Symphony of the Night. I was like ... huh... holy crap.
Ohhh that episode was amazing
This show is fantastic.
Netflix should have done Freakazoid(Dexter Douglas) and Captain N the Game Master!

Yes lol such a good show. All ages too. Cuz I'm old af lmao 😂👌 def gonna watch with my nieces and nephews 😂💙
Yeah, same, I already finished watching both seasons, and it was soooooo good!!!, got even better later on in the second season, and yes, I too am old af still watching cartoons, so you’re not the only 1 lol,
the show reminds me of star vs mixed with reguler show
.
Put men in black in the mix
Ok yeah
I got it! These are "thoughts".
He is not speaking. He is showing us his thoughts. That's why he is not actually speaking.
Ooooh, that makes so much sense. XD I was a bit confused myself.

Miko didnt get effected because she was the winner of the competition
Because five used miko's ball to win
shiney Studio
Really? I didn’t seem to be clarified that was the reason though. Weird.
@@Clownbelt-u2s I think later in the first episode Mitch reminded five that he didnt win when he tried to blast miko and him but it didnt work on miko

Either way, there should’ve have been some clarification that that was the reason. Or I’m just dumb :/
I’ll give it a watch.

Love your videos dude!
im digging it and the leads kind of remind me of star vs leads.
The main reasons to watch Glitch Techs:
20% Fun game and pop culture references.
30% Sick Sakuga animation and fight scenes.
50% Miko's thicc thighs.
You do realize she's 16 right?
Sonic The Hedgehog yep
A metric or imperial buttload?
Season 2 comin out tho
This show is anime as fuck.
RULE34 ENJOYS THIS
I'm just qwestioning mikos design, why did they make a minor so thicc,
Bro can make glitch tech good but couldn't make sonic boom worth watching
