Every time I make one I figure out a better step to use. Then the process goes faster so when your friend asks you to make 25 of them it's not so bad!!
Found your site few weeks ago. Just had time to really watch and learn. I'm retired, but sub at elementary school where 2 of my grandchildren go. This is what I'm going to make their teachers, the office ladies, and lunch room ladies for end of year gifts. I also embroider and going to personalize with their initials. Thank you so much...gift searching resolved!
Excellent Christmas gifts!! I didn’t see your channel in time to make these for my Craft Sale ( only 5 days), & I have projects that need to be finished. BUT, I’ll have time after the sale to make these for Christmas gifts! 😊
I love this idea! thanks for all the little tips, like back stitching on the towel, a good reminder for making these sturdier! I’m gonna go make one for my Mother in Law for Xmas!
Just found your site and I like the idea of the green trim. Would you consider making the neck area a bit smaller maybe folding it in the middle seems to bunch around the neck?
Sure, you can make it any with you want. If it's a thin soft fabric it tends to scrunch down anyway. A lot depends on the fabric. It also needs enough width at the ends to support the towel. The next scarf would have to be shaped in at the center back instead of being straight. Let me know how your turns out! 😊
Have you heard about our Fashion Sewing Retreat? It's coming up soon! 😃 Sept 14-17th 2022. www.CampSewSocial.com 😎
Liking that way of doing….quick and easy….and you can always finish off with top stitch to close up each end. Great job and love your enthusiasm ❤🎉
Thank you 😀 yes, many ways to put these together. This one seems to be quick with quality, just the way I like to sew!
I like your skirt in the background
Thank you 😊 that is one of my favorites, and yet I haven't worn it yet 🙃
Better than an apron. Thank you!
And great gifts! Last year my friend begged me to make 25 of them for her to give as gifts. 🥴.
After that marathon I'm pretty fast at making them!
This is the best I have ever seen Most of them you see the seams which I dislike I hope I can learn to make
Glad you found the video helpful. 😁 Yes I love making them, they make the greatest gifts. They go really fast after you make a few of them too!
