If you have some jewelry that needs cleaned, pour some water in a cup drop a tablet and the bubbles get in the nooks and crannies
I use the equate polident brand and I love it

I found that denture cleaners on partials actually discolour them. Best to brush gently with a soft toothbrush and put away in a container overnight.
