"Forget about the Truth. We don't know what it is. Stay with the reality and Observe the distortion" K says. Since I don't have the ground to understand the Truth, staying with my thought-created reality, and observing it's distortions choicelessly wipes away distortion,
"Seeing is truth, and seeing is action"
Therefore, seeing the distortion, and then truth acts ...

Seeing the truth is actually a one way ticket.

Truth is alive and isn't an idea or a thought. Truth is constantly changing and is so deep and complex that to be a part of it (and we easily can) we must let go.

Correct! Truth is what is , not what was or what will be. 💯

I hate the word love, it is thrown around too much and implied like love is really a duty, an exchange, a word expected, often entitled, I think to attend is more powerful, you can’t throw around the word attend like you can with love, nor saying attend doesn’t make someone feel good or special, however go attend to your friends, wife and child and watch the radiation of love that happens.

Krishna ji says Love = Complete/ Full 💯 Attention.
      I.e. attention without a center.
He said in that Attention, Love is there .
PS : I too not only hate love, but was very very confused as to what exactly it is … and that confusion was partly responsible for the immersion into JK’s talks ( I.e. meditative journeys).

The duality of Hate” and “love” when hate ends, loves begins. The two are not opposite.

There are multiple divisions everywhere. There are at the least 3 in the area of truth. At the least 2 in "reality." At the least 2 in "actuality, making things more and more complicated.... Professors' way of doing things

David Bohm was a theoretical physicist. His wife told him about Jiddu Krishnamurti and he read his books. He contacted Jiddu and they started on the discussions because David recognized that they shared the same inquiry into non duality and non linearity.
