Fun fact: scythe of blossoms actually is better in the mighty path, since it is an axe and a dagger at the same time. (assasin works, can also cut grass)
BUT, it becomes an axe at a element path, so really not worth it.
Assassin still works when in the elemental path it just loses the slashing damage type
I knew top 3 would be those 3 haha. I def would love to see videos for the other elements. This was so informative 🙏
I was surprised the axes were so high tbh since most enemies were weak to them

Redoing these lists would take me FOREVER and there would be little chance. Maybe in the future though if more changes are made

Maybe once I do each element I could do it with mighty to compare and then make a list of the best weapon for each enemy

great content as usual, do you have any tips on finding milk molars, i’ve followed ur updated videos but i’m missing about 7 (including both milk molars and golden ones), the map is huge now so travelling around every single spot is going to be tedious!
There's a map of all locations on the wiki. Cross off the ones you have got from the chests and then just check every single location crossing them off the map as you go!

Great vid, can you do one showcasing the best variant of each weapon?( whether it's salty, mighty, sour etc.)
Technically it would depend on the enemy you are fighting. I will do the best of each element and then most people will run a weapon of each element meaning they can kill all enemies easily
I ranked one up sour all the way to fight Director Schmector and found out he was resistant to axes. So I ranked up a sour Club of the Mother Demon for the fight. Almost ready to try it.
Sour Club of the Mother demon is a good choice
I think stamina cost would be good to see alongside speed. The salty hammer lets you kill a roly poly without exhausting the whole bar for example.
As explained stamina drain was ON during testing so the time include the time it took for me to regain my stamina bar. It would be almost impossible for me to calculate the stamina needed. I would need some sort of calculator, I wouldn't be able to do it from the footage alone
@@Paraly5er if not the exact values i think just whether the weapon requires exhasustion or not and how many times is more relevant to to me than the pure TTK
I guess in the new PTS holiday treat update the weapons have bonuses. My salty spear makes instant jerky

1:45 I am. because I'm usually out and about running around when I see them, which means I'm wearing my survival set: salt morning star, ladybird shield, sleek clover poncho, sleek aphid slippers, sleek antlion sombrero. add in the charcoal canteen and you dont need a base.

Thanks so much! Will definitely do one on mint and spicy. Sour is unlikely since only the spiny water flea and moth are weak to it if you don't include bosses and enemies that don't respawn.
@@Paraly5er all O.R.C. bugs are weak to sour too so sour can be very useful late game.

In your opinion what is the best fast attacking weapon (spears,daggers
the widow dagger i will add, sucks on its own but if you have a poison build with added armor set it is good and mutations ofc
also like to add love this type of video and would love to see one for each element and then one for the base weapons without an element added
I really want to do this but am working on another huge video atm, maybe once that's done I can finish this series
+ Bleed from Assassin mutation (exc.Robots) +the attack sequence is continuous (until stamina drain) rather than pausing after the 3 hit combo of most other weapons...

The salty tiger rapier makes it so I don't have to heal atall when I take out the termites hill. Even when I fight the king I pop 1 bandage to be safe but rarely even need it.
Doesn't change the fact that it doesn't do much damage
@Paraly5er Tru I agree. But I'll trade damage for not needing any heals. Atleast in the termite pile. It's just too easy to stay alive. Lol

Doing the practical work shouldn't be diminished by a mathematical calculation. I would be curious to have these done in real time to show actual effectiveness is instead.
Wasn't me who made it but looked very interesting. I personally like to try stuff in the game as that is the most reliable way to see what is truly best imo.

Yeah but I don't know if they factored in things like blocking between attacks. Will still continue this series as it will be interesting to see if my data agrees with theirs
Good video. But it is not to detract or belittle your effort but sadly you cannot apply that supposed damage with real interactions when the bugs attack and many times you cannot fit the combos of the weapons. Maybe these damages work in multiplayer where one can be hitting without being punished 😉
Yes I understand this. I would love to do it including enemies attacking but then the enemies would follow different attack patterns and it would be impossible to make it fair. This was the fairest way to do it imo
There are so many variables with this kind of video it would be impossible to assess every situation. But the OP has provided some knowledge rather than no knowledge in the most level playing field he could provide.
I went through and made a club of the mother demon with each flavor effect on it, just for good measure... still all I use is the staves now... I'm cheap.

I absolutely love the club of the mother demon I just maxed it out to mighty and destroy everything with it. But like you said I'm absolutely hating the fact the it will probably get nerfed smh

To be fair its had the highest vanilla damage stat in the game since 0.12 so.......maybe it will be left alone now. They normally nerf stuff pretty quickly once they are aware and its not like they havent had the time to do so (fingers crossed lol)
I figured it was the club if the mother demon same reason why my main Loadout is 4 club of the mother demons with each element lol

Slap Mighty on the Club of the Mother Demon and you cannot be stopped. Crazy, I killed the Broodmother in full Lady Bug with a Trident lvl 5 and it only took a few minutes. (with javelineer) So you can get the club really really early in the game and shred everything without needing another weapon.
Would love to see a Mighty variant time to kill video on the T3 weapons.
If I were to do mighty I would do it last as I would have to kill EVERY enemy with EVERY tier 3 weapon.... not fun

I made a Spicy variant of the Broodmother club and equipped the Apex Predator mutation. Managed to kill 3 Broodmothers in a single run.
It's meant to be a powerful weapon so they shouldn't nerf it.
Anything powerful gets nerfed lol. It's good for everything at the moment

Wouldn't be the best salty weapon if they were upgraded mighty lol. If weapons were not in first then they also wouldn't be salty but all weapons would lose 45% damage so would all be the same except from the salt morning star which would lose even more damage due to it being mighty as it salty by default

The scythe has slashing and chopping if you go mighty but with and element it removes one

Aside from weapons that are fixed to Mighty I only ever did one and that was Lv 9 Mighty Ox Hammer back when hammers where amazing (better than Demon Club lol). Also some are saying Mighty all the way for many weapons now but the Mighty recipe is awful requiring double the amount of Supreme whetstones compared to their candy equivalents. I think Id go Mighty for this one though, thanks for the heads up both of you!

I like using a salty black ox hammer to easily kill black ox beetles and rolypoly
Spicy Ox Hammer also does Rolys equally well and Im trying Lv 8 Salty for Ox Beetles but am struggling (no idea why) and Im much preferring Morningstar with Barbarian. Takes a tiny bit longer but feels safer for some reason!

100% disagree. Best salty has to be a dagger or rusty spear, because thats all you can use in water, and everything in water is weak to salty. Id go widow dagger since you have to have it for pond moss anyways, meaning you dont need two weapons for underwater
Everything underwater is extremely weak. Personally I use the sour rusty spear as it 1 hit kills the spiny water fleas which are by far the hardest underwater enemy
@@Paraly5er thats actually pretty smart, but to me sour is worthless, but salt at least farms jerky in an emergency, so id still go salty spear/dagger. I keep sour hammer, because the only thing realy weak to sour is robots, so i used it on the managers. I never have a reason to kill water fleas except for jerky, so salty is still the use for me. Theyre more a nuisance i outswim, they dont have any drops
