Btw for those new to the fighting game scene qcf means quarter circle forwards while qcb is quarter circle back Then there is L= light (x for xb1 square for ps4 assumes normal controls are used) M= medium ( y for xb1 and triangle for ps4 assumes normal controls are used) Finally we have H= heavy (b for xb1 and circle for ps4 assumes normal controls are used) oh and before I forget lm etc. Implies you press both buttons to perform that action hope this helps good luck have fun
Beware of combo scaling...some combos are computationally expensive(lots of input) and dont deal as much damage as you would expect.sometimes the simplest combos deal the most damage

he is difficult in the sense that his down heavy sucks , his down light sucks , his down medium sucks. So he's difficult cause you really gotta work your way to open someone
+Sorynthius Foxington Exactly how many times have you gone up against an oponent that actually blocks, just because you remember his specials and dont button mash doesnt mean you know everything, in fact its the start, you dont really know anything yet
One thing I found out is that you can link Hit's rush-through super with ANY GRAB LVL3 super since the assist comes up right next to the character, as Hit's rush-through counts as a grab with the focus on the enemy. Android 18 can also do the same with her super, but she has to hit-confirm into it to make sure she's not off center, whereas Hit's super IS the hit confirm. I play Beerus, Android 16 and Hit for this reason. Also if you really want to throw some disrespect out, use Hit's stance kick heavy during a combo to juggle your opponent, then hit them on the way down with his projectile super. it's brutal.
This just appeared as I quit FighterZ for the day frustrated that I can't play Hit and just have to switch to someone more basic... I'll try these ones next time. Thanks

Dude you should do differnt combos using differnt amounts of meter,for example,you should start with bnb combos,then optimal combos that use 1 ex bar,then optimal combos tht use 2 ex bars and so on,also would like to see some optimal assist combos with hit,not sure anyones done that yet,but good vid neways

I feel like in these fighting games its better to teach newer players to develop their own combos rather then showing some of your own. Like custom controls for a game. I mean if you teach players to self sustain themselves then a bunch of new combos could be introduced into the area.
2m like he does in these combos to start them is slow and very punishable so be careful starting combos with 2m with hit, its faster and a lot safer on other characters but hits 2m is different and will take some testing so be aware of it. Also if you do m+m +qcb m+hyper it does more damage and does about 5.6
Been wanting to play Hit ever since he was revealed, this video will be a great help. One question, though. I know it isn't really essential to Hit as he's a more grounded fighter, but I have some trouble double jumping during an air combo to extend the combo, any tips? I'm sure my timing is just off, but I figured I'd ask anyway
I want to get better at this game, but I find performing the quarter circle moves to be too unresponsive during the middle of a combo (and sometimes out of it, doing things I don't mean to). Any tips on how to perform a quarter circle action accurately and consistently? The joy stick is oversensitive and the D-pad is pretty clutters, so is it just a matter of practicing?
It's muscle memory. When it becomes something you do without thinking you'll be able to execute a lot more consistently. It's like typing on a keyboard without looking or playing an instrument. When you first learn you're consciously thinking about each individual finger and motion. But after some practice you do them without much thought. Fighting games are the same way. This 10 minute video was probably a few hours of attempts.
If you just do 1 hit then ultimate you'll do more damage than if you you do long combos then finish it with one. Go chek it out, i suggest long combos for when you want to save your meter
I kind of feel like many of the combos in the first part are pointless since the first 2 combos seem to offer the best return for your meter out of them all. I don't know if I'm missing something, I just don't see how they're worth it.
On the first combo after the vanish whenever I land the jab sometimes the last part lands and sometimes it doesn’t and it really pisses me off that online I land the combo but on important parts like if I’m one touch it doesn’t land! Also after jab I go, square, square, jump, down circle, jump, square, square, then super and it lands but sometimes it just doesn’t!( the combo I just mentioned is what I’ve been talking about this whole time)
DOESN't WORK: 2:50, No matter how many times I do the M, M, (qcf+L) part won't connect unless it's already up against a wall. can't be performed from mid space.
You don't need to do air L,M to j.L,M. Just do L,L, j.L,L. 1:10 should be L+M, L, L, jL, L, L, qcb+LM. It does the same damage, has the "M" track and is much easier to do. You don't even need to get the jump forward correct because the second L, the M, moves you closer to the enemy. I tried replacing the L,L with 1 M but it does less damage. The scaling in this game is wack. There is absolutely no reason to do it the "correct way" unless you are trying to prove a point that the auto combos don't matter and aren't broken and don't actually narrow the skill gap for execution.
so im practicing so hard to get even the first combo and it seems impossible to get the qcf+L in at the enemy before he recovers. I'm using a PS4 controller so maybe thats the problem but I dont know. Can someone explain how he gets his qcf+L so fast?
Try doing the qcf while the animation his punch being thrown is happening, then press L right after the hit connects. This technique is called buffering. It might feel wierd at first, but it'll help you a lot.

some of the qc moves are a wind-up with a followup attack. like qcf+L allows for 3 different follow-up moves, qcf+L > L is the L variant of that. - is just the next move.
Now we have offensive combos, but what about ones that start with timeskip, use his qcb+special cancel from mid combo, and uses of qcf+l/m/h > h? Theres still tons to get out of hit. We've only scratched the surface with his dankness
No point in making long combos that end with supers I dad grab light medium heavy then level three and it did 1 thousand damage less than medium medium level three or raw level three. I don’t get why they would make each hit deal less depending on how long your combo is

The notation in the last combo is incorrect. You have qcf+m>l which will guve you a slower stance when it should be qcf+l>m, FYI

Can't you do a D2 why in the air into your rush? Some of these air juggles didn't use it when you haven't burned your rush in yet.

NovaKept tien has touch of death setups with full bar and sparking. Just search tien combos. Doesn’t work on all characters tho.
