As long as you have a same day long haul international flight in business class with a Oneworld carrier from that airport, you should be able to access. I don’t recall AA has any time limitation like DL. If you have Oneworld Emerald status from other than AA or AS you can access that lounge even if you travel with AA domestic flights.
