This is our First time visiting South Korea and we were excited to explore as much of Seoul as we could in our short time there. We ate delicious street food, Viewed the cherry blossoms and went to an abandoned theme park.

Originally from the Wirral, North West England we got married in 2012. After a few trips abroad we caught the #travel bug. In 2019 after 6 weeks in Japan we decided we were going to quit our jobs and take some time out to travel full time. After many delays due to the pandemic, in 2021 our dream finally came true and in November we set off on our journey.

Went to South Korea back in 2019 and I loved it so much! going back this year!!! It is really worth it travel around Korea, there is so much to see and do apart from Seoul (and Busan)! which the 2 cities are super cool! Korea offers a lot of nature, national parks, culture, the food...Gyeongju was my favorite city! can't wait to go back!
We actually stayed in Incheon but we 100% agree. We didn't have much time in Korea but will definitely explore more next time we come 😁🇰🇷
I strongly recommend "Jeju" island as well. It's Korea's the most beautiful gem.

Wooow! Loved the video - old amusement park (such a great place for photos), that spicy rice food - Gabriel would love it for sure 😂🫣, but still I would try it and I think enjoy too. That tiny coffee shop - looked cosy and cool 🥰. I saw even BTS on the panda hehehehe. Park with blossoming treats was lovely too. Nomad - I have heard about it but now it makes sense why to use it and looks very comfortable and useful especially if to go abroad. Thanks for sharing!

I have never been to South Korea because Japan is geographically close to Japan. These days some many Japanese visit it due to K-Pop. I am not crazy about it because I am too old to catch up with the trend.
South Korea is very different to Japan. Although we had an amazing time in South Korea Japan still remains our favourite country in the world 🌎
10:30 OMG, that abandoned amusement park (Yongma Land), looks quite haunted.....very spooky....XD

It was really really good. They had so many different types of beans and they roast them all in house. It was a really cool little place 😁
Korean think of go Myeong dong is rely bad idea bc so expensive area. Local area call 경동 시장
We only spent an hour in Myeong dong and then explored more of the city 😊

I mean would you go into Buckinham Palace and eat in there? Not sure why you would think you could eat in the Palace grounds?
Alot of places like this allow you to eat inside. It was fine though we found d a park not far away 😊
@@LostKnox It's great that you guys found a place to eat but from my experience, I've never been to a country where they allowed tourists to eat at the actual palace grounds.

Tteokbokki is one of the most unhealthy Korean foods. Originally, tteokbokki was a royal dish made by mixing rice cakes, vegetables, nuts, and beef with a little soy sauce. However, in modern times, it has turned into a sweet and spicy junk food. Traditional Korean food does not contain chili pepper, so it is not spicy at all. Kimchi also originally did not contain chili power.

한국 음식 = 맵고 짜고 달다 특히 설탕을 안넣는 음식이 없어서 음식이 달고 건강에도 매우 안좋다 . 한국문화= 사실상 문화가 없다 그냥 전쟁 후 급격히 발전한 나라일뿐 볼거도 없고 놀거도 없는 나라 . 외국인들 드라마나 영화 kpop때문에 환상가지고 오지만 대부분 실망하고 떠남
