Bhai mere sath bhi yhi hua tha but it was a different app and I got the refund in one month so here is my suggestion to you
File a dispute in your credit card regarding that transaction
Than talk to customer care and record it and submit everything to the bank including the refund mail that you got
If you didn’t than talk to customer care and tell them to confirm the refund on mail
After that submit the credit card statement to the app
And than you will get the rupee back

The worst app i need to make a payment of 1 lac for my university fees and if i made the payment directly it would take a lot kf charge so i watched sir's video and did the same process and after payment successfully debited of rs 101879 and it shows it would be transferred within 3 hours but after 10 mins it says due to some issue we could the process the payment and eventually my money git sucked by housing app and i have to wait for 7-10 working days like what fhe f ?
