I don't know, I expected more games than 3. Maybe Kena Bridge of Spirits or something... They could have even added Returnal to it, something.
It's a way for people to waste their negative energies because of their frustration with their miserable lives. Most of them doesn't even own a PS4/5.
This State of Play made me realize that not many people read descriptions anymore in today's TH-cam
Some of us behave differently on this app. I tap on this video, and tilted my phone right away for full screen display.
So yeah we don't read video description right away, and I normally check the video description at the end if there's a link to some pages/reference that I want to check out 🤷🏼♂️

I've noticed if you have a tendency like me to watch on something like xbox it doesn't show the description (unless I just never notice it somewhere lol)
"anymore"... I've always been absolutely mindfucked by how some people are incapable of pressing one button and reading a description that often has exactly the info they're asking for.

I get that they putted specifically in the description the games that are going to be showcased, but this was meant for a simple gameplay trailer instead of an entire event which by the name of it (State of Play) suggests more games to be showcased than only one.

I read the Description, and this was still literally nothing. It might aswell have just been a trailer instead of an event. And it should have just said Subnautica Below Zero and Among Us instead of teasing some "anonymous" games.

For context: people in the live chat didn’t bother to look at the description that literally says there’s a 15 min showcase of the new R&C game. So near the end people were saying they were bored or they get it or downright spamming sleeping emojis. And when it ended people were booing in the chat and saying it was a waste of time and one guy even said he was gonna report it for wasting time.
Not everyone reads a description of a TH-cam video? especially when most people who are just casual gamers see "State Of Play" they are gonna expect something else. So your basing this on something really vague tbh. They also could have easily just named it "Ratchet and Clank gameplay as the title" but we all know that wouldn't have go the same amount of view as listing it "State Of Play".
And even so the game looked boring and generic.

I got a used PS4 Pro last year and went through the exclusives. They are almost all solid 4/5 games and a PS Exclusive is for sure a mark of quality.

As someone who grew up with ps2 Ratchet and clank games, This is the future of gaming
I feel ancient. I also remember the ps2 games of ratchet and clank. My personal favorite was deadlocked
Last few weeks, I played Ratchets 1 through 3 on PS3 (along with Jak 1-3), and they mostly still hold up really well. For its time it was a masterclass in gaming.
Seems like Rift Apart does its ancestors proud.

This state of play was a waste of time 1 out of three of the games were just now revealed and that new game could have easily been made into a single TH-cam video so yeah. Disappointing, especially after reading the description. I expected more out of PlayStation, instead of just wasting our time.

The whole purpose of this state of play was to showcase Ratchet and clank rift apart, it even says it in the description yet people won’t read it.
Can’t wait to play the game, it looks great. Hoping for it to rival a crack in time though that would be a hard fight since in my opinion A crack in time is a masterpiece not only as a ratchet game but as a game in general.
