the pedal is applied, a metal rod pushes a valve against the diaphragm and allows atmospheric pressure to enter the pedal side of the chamber. With the master-cylinder side of the chamber still under vacuum, the difference in pressure creates the assistance or “boost” needed when applying the brakes.
#Whether you choose a single or dual diaphragm booster depends on how much brake assist your vehicle needs. A dual diaphragm offers the most assist, and is ideal on an all-disc system or a disc-drum combination. If you want to keep your vehicle's four-wheel drum system, then a single diaphragm booster would be ideal.
#The vacuum booster is a metal canister that contains a clever valve and a diaphragm. A rod going through the center of the canister connects to the master cylinder's piston on one side and to the pedal linkage on the other. Another key part of the power brakes is the check valve.
#Inspect the vacuum supply hose to the booster for kinks, cracks or other damage. Check engine vacuum at idle with a vacuum gauge. To test booster function once the reserve is depleted, hold moderate pressure on the brake pedal and start the engine. If the booster is working properly, the pedal will drop slightly.

Thar CRDe 2017 model rainy season me 2 se 3 baad start karne pe break lene pe break paladin raha ek hi jagah stop ho ja raha. Fir break Padal press karne pe free ho raha but 5 se 6 km tak drive me Aise hi break plans Raha rear wheel. Kya issue ho sakta

सर मेरी 2006कि स्कॉर्पिओ हे मैने आगे कि दोनो टायर के 4 बार बेअरिंग बदले पर टायर गरम ही हो राहा ही बादमे मास्टर सिलेंडर बदला पीर भी वही उसके बाद ब्रेक लायनिंग भी बदला लेकिन प्रॉब्लेम नाही हात राहा तो क्या करना चाहिये प्लीज बोल दीजिये

Brake pedal mein "soft" ya "spongy" feel hone ka karan kai cheezein ho sakti hain, aur is problem ko solve karne ke liye kuch steps follow kiye ja sakte hain. Yahaan kuch common reasons aur unka solution diya gaya hai:
Brake Fluid Level Check:
Sabse pehle brake fluid level ko check karein. Low brake fluid level brake pedal ko soft feel dene ka ek common karan hai.
Brake fluid level ko manufacturer ki guidelines ke mutabiq refill karein. Dhyan rahe ki saaf brake fluid ka istemal karein.
Brake Fluid Leak:
Brake fluid leak ho sakta hai brake lines, calipers, ya brake cylinders mein se kahin bhi.
Visual inspection karke, agar kahin se bhi brake fluid leak dikhe, toh use repair karein. Leak ko identify karne ke liye brake components ko dhyan se check karein.
Bleeding the Brake System:
Brake system ko bleed karna, yaani air bubbles ko nikalna, soft brake pedal ka ek common solution hai.
Brake bleeding process ko follow karein. Iske liye brake bleeder kit ka istemal kiya ja sakta hai ya aap professional mechanic ki madad le sakte hain.
Brake Master Cylinder Check:
Brake master cylinder ka condition check karein. Master cylinder ke seals ya components damaged ho sakte hain.
Agar master cylinder mein kisi bhi tarah ka issue lagta hai, toh use repair ya replace karein.
Brake Booster Inspection:
Brake booster ka check karein. Brake booster vacuum par depend karta hai, aur agar yeh sahi se kaam nahi karta, toh brake pedal mein soft feel ho sakta hai.
Vacuum lines aur connections ko inspect karein, aur agar kuch faulty lagta hai, toh use repair karein.
Brake Pads and Rotors:
Brake pads aur rotors ka condition check karein. Worn out brake pads ya scored rotors bhi brake performance ko affect kar sakte hain.
Agar pads ya rotors damaged hain, toh unhe replace karein.
ABS System Check:
ABS system mein bhi kisi problem ke karan brake pedal soft ho sakta hai. ABS system ko diagnostic tool se check karna beneficial ho sakta hai.
Agar aap yeh steps follow karne ke baad bhi brake pedal soft feel karti hai, toh behtar hoga ki aap apni car ko ek professional mechanic ya brake specialist ke paas le jaayein. Brake system critical hota hai aur sahi se kaam karna bohot zaroori hai, isliye safety ke liye is par jaldi dhyan dena important hai.
