    You know, coming back to this video eightish years later, this being one of the first I saw from TFL, it has a different feel since I've seen a lot more of these videos now over the years and gotten to be more familiar with your teams' personalities. Great to know you guys are still doing trips and still doing reviews. Would like to see a trip report video like this again in the future though. The sights and the vehicles are really what brings me back.

    WHAT?! No 0-60 on the White Rim Trail? Beautiful scenery, love it. Thanks for taking us along for the ride.

    Glad to see you guys still rock the Contour action camera. They are now Based in Utah and back in action after their company's temporary slump. :)

    To be fair, these all look like well maintained, easy roads.
    Try the 2017 up Cliff Hanger 2.0 on the Truth Section. I'd like to see if it can do it :D

    Awesome video! Looks like my '10 Outback 3.6 could handle this without a problem. I might have to swing by here on my way to Arizona in May! About how long did it take to complete the entire trail?

    • @joshgrami
      @joshgrami 9 ปีที่แล้ว

      ***** Sorry, no. From the looks of the trails, it could be done in an Outback. Definitely wouldn't want to do them in anything that has less ground clearance though. You'll want to pack in lots of supplies to be safe.
      We actually did stop in at the ranger station there, but we were running short on time. I BELIEVE there was a shorter way to do it, but instead of taking 3 days like the 100 mile loop, it took like 8-10 hours if I remember correctly. That was last May, so my memory is a little hazy. You could probably call that ranger station though if you can find it and they might be able to better answer your question.
      We absolutely LOVED Moab when we were there. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking, and the paved road through the park is definitely worth swinging through -- even if you don't hit up the trail.
      We're from Wisconsin though, where everything is flat and boring, so take that with a grain of salt if you're from a place with actual scenery. ;)

      @eddiememphis1 8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      No. There are a couple of long climbs where you need need low range to safely descend. There are a few spots where an Outback would bottom out and a few sandy spots where you may get stuck. You could probably do it, but it is not a good idea.

    There's a great deal of this country where off-roading has nothing to do with rocks and inclines. East of the Mississippi, the term usually refers to mud and lots of it. Does anyone know how these things do in muddy bean fields?

    Cool trail. Love offroading, but I just don't understand why people call that scenery beautiful. I don't care for it at all personally.

    • @Game_with_RJ
      @Game_with_RJ 10 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Beauty is in the eye of the beholder as you clearly show the truth in that. Whether its your cup of tea or not, you can't deny the amazing scenery there.

    • @jonnyspeed
      @jonnyspeed 10 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Chance Lundgren
      Agreed. I know a lot of people like that kind of scenery. Just not my cup of tea. It doesn't look amazing to me, just dirty and rocky. Still, I'll bet it was fun in the Jeeps.

      Is the Dodge Dart good offroad?

    • @Moyerboy78
      @Moyerboy78 10 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      My Jeep does the Dodge Dart sit up 8 inches with a sophisticated AWD system made by Jeep? Why don't you make a valid point when you argue

    • @MyJeep
      @MyJeep 10 ปีที่แล้ว

      I do have a valid point, this car based SUV is no more Jeep than an awd Mini Cooper.

    • @Moyerboy78
      @Moyerboy78 10 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Well then I guess no Jeep is "real" unless it's a Wrangler or old CJ...welcome to 2014, Jeep has to keep up with the times like everyone else, they can't all be solid axle, ladder frame off-road machines, I'm sure that Cherokee is just as capable as an old GC or Cherokee. That's my point, you sir are just rehashing outdated Jeep nostalgia.

    • @MyJeep
      @MyJeep 10 ปีที่แล้ว

      Any pre 2000 Jeep could take that thing off road. I would not mind this car if they didn't try so hard to make like a real Jeep.
