Thanks so much! I upgraded to macOS High Sierra and didn't know you couldn't change the notification center from white! How stupid of apple!(this is what happens when Steve jobs isn't around...)

When Steve Jobs isn't around we get the flat 2D interface we have now -_- Steve loved the 3D shiny aqua look, he'd act like a giddy kid when he got to show off anything with reflections and eye candy.

Apologies @Kasun that you had face the issue. I would suggest you to get a fresh copy for those system files you replaced from your friends Macbook (with Sierra). In case you are unable to arrange them, let me know, I'll provide them here.

Hi Kasun! Here is the backup zip of original MacOS system files - drive.google.com/file/d/1tJvNl6h8sHGuc82KsonfB7tHoDOJv6y-/view?usp=sharing
Go ahead and replace them to revert back to original settings.

I need to know if this is a bug (missing night shift switch) or maybe that guy made a mistake.

Roos Goldenberg My best guess is that it is due to the incompatibility elCapitan notification center with Seirra.

Hi, do you happen to still have the file?

Hi, I think you can update to the latest version (Ventura) and get the control center to be in dark mode by changing your system theme to dark mode.

After doing this the find my friends widget no longer works. It asks me to sign in to iCloud even though I already am signed in, and when I press the button nothing happens. Do you have a fix for this, or could you tell me how to revert the changes? Thanks, man.

Thank you! Any idea on why it didn't work with Find my Friends?

I am not sure :/ But maybe it could be because of the difference in the code from ElCapitan and Sierra and the way notification centre interacts with other apps may not be compatible with newer version of Sierra. As far I can guess, the difference in the API could cause such issues.
