John Lennon - Imagine - Accurate Piano Tutorial with Sheet Music

Here's one of the most iconic piano songs ever - Imagine!
Despite its simple piano part, there's much debate about how John Lennon actually played it. In this tutorial, I've captured what I hear in the original recording, including some high D notes that might be overtones but are clearly audible to me.
I believe this playing style, with the left hand playing the off-beat notes, is more practical than another common interpretation using broken chords (I did a version like that 8 years ago: th-cam.com/video/UbybB9Cayvk/w-d-xo.html).
