But you can use rampage and pick out a random female and copy it or just change yourself to another female in rampage wardrobe. I personally use lennysimple trainer to change me into a base female (she won't have a body head or much of anything) and then use outfit changer to change her the way i like.

Mods. This is pronghorn ranch from John’s chapter. You would need a pc unfortunately.
@Loulou72270 i use Pronghorn ranch in story mode and changed it up a bit with rampage by placing more objects!
