Shader Rework basically shows the hidden colors which we previously couldn't see, don't see how that is a bad thing.
Just needs to get used to, but at least now I know why there is BLUE in my black and white shader.
i think at first glance its a little egregious to the eye, but as i and you say its probably just because its a change from something thats been the same so long
I would have preferred a color palette similar to Warframe where you can choose the type of colors the different variations for each piece of armor

I just wonder when Bungie will stop nerfing things and start buffing all the bad stuff so we have a balanced game. All these nerfs are killing the game and the joy from it.
You can only buff things so much before they push out the difficulty of the game. Things need a good middle band in order to let other new things be present at all.
Just look at chain reaction
bungie nerfing it not because op/broken rather because other special weapons going to get chain reaction as well
So basically bungie buffing bad weapons by nerfing weapons which are fine

Now take away everything what makes necrochasm exotic "nerf it" and now you got the same weapon with different name
And since you took away everything what makes necrochasm better/exotic they almost on the same lvl therefore you buffed one weapon by neerfing a different one
And look at the chain reaction
instead buffing bad weapons they nerfing the perk itself

It’s sad how many of us OG players stopped playing due to Bungie lack of care for the community, I’m glad there’s still some people playing and enjoying themselves.

As an “OG” player I’m too OG to have quit. Been playing since day 1 & am grateful that I never caught the hate like many of my old clan mates who left the game.

I got the game 6 hours early.. been here since the beginning. I still love the Destiny Game and universe. Although I've had my extremely rage filled beefs.. the game is decidedly moving in the right direction. Let's be honest I still haven't bought Final shape. However I think it's going to be awesome. I do also think there will be a D3 with no subclasses or classes. Hopefully in unreal 5. Is D2 dead? No way. The new features have brought in a ton of new Blood. The game will make a massive resurgence at least for the next year.
Been playing since the beta released and have never stopped. I own every piece of destiny content that’s ever dropped. Of course there’s been good and bad but destiny has always been more to me than just a game to me.The relationships that I’ve built with people that I’ve met playing the game are some of my best friends to this day. Some of my best memories involve grinding helium filaments on the moon and the iron run on mars and grinding heavy ammo synth for the next strike. First exotic I ever got was the surros, first legendary I ever got was the new monarchy scout rifle and I got both of those from the loot cave!!! Amazing times and I look forward to making new memories and meeting new guardians❤️❤️❤️
Keep in mind the chain reaction nerf is strictly for special weapons not heavy. Heavy weapons that roll with CR will be unchanged.

Wrong. Heavy’s with chain reaction with get a 30% buff to chain reaction.
If they’re nerfing well like that they’re going to have to reduce how much damage enemies do by like quite a lot. Seeing as on GM an ogre can kill you in a well now. Or they’re gunna have to buff how much damage weapons do
with prismatic subclass and having prismatic exotic armor with 2 exotic perks were gunna be strong enough, also comes down to bungie wanting players to get better and not rely on well for everything. warlocks song of flame from D1 was stupid OP and if we pair that with verity's brow or veil were gunna have almost infinite abilities before we even look at mods and fragments
nah make the game harder, its farrrrrrr too easy.
So, are they going to tune down the enemies? Getting melted by an ogre before its even fully rendered, surely cant be by design.

15:15 my idea was use the brands the shaders come from and have the colors apply to the back ground, letter or icon and border with special effects acting like a tint.. like rust would encroach up half the icon while a glow would show up on the border even changing if it has that effect

9:15 I notice here you didn’t shoot the knight behind his shield despite having Wish Ender equipped. It has innate barrier piercing so it can. Just thought you would/should know that as a player with an armory as bespoke as yours you seem to play a lot so I find it odd you wouldn’t know about it lol.

shaders look good, with two primary colors in the middle, four splash colors on the top/bottom/left/right. and then the little chevron is the accent color separating primary from splash colors. The old shaders gave 4 colors, and shaders can have up to 10 different combinations of color. from what this template tells me.
bungie just loves to do stuff. its not anything anyone asks for, but it certainly gives their devs something to work on. Bungie seriously needs to have systems that are good and dont change 193894 times.

Half of these changes are things people have complained about or asked for. The others are for game balance and long term playability. Just say you hate change already.

The sun rising thing really pisses me off! All those weapons I saved and ended up deleting for shards to upgrade current stuff. My freaking Godrolled Midnight Coup is GONE! AHHHHHH freaking Bungie >=( They really need to add a search and filter for shaders. I have years worth of shaders that I wish were easier to find.

Pretty sure they're removing Legendary Shards because its basically the only resource that doesn't have a cap.
Honestly super annoying if they do this and dont either increase the glimmer cap, or like, reduce glimer costs for anything that currently costs shards. But im not gonna bet on it lol

Why don’t they make well of radiance attached to the caster, closer to the OG Sunsinger super ? I mean if they’ll nerf it like that we’ll need to be moving around more, there’s no point in keeping it a non moving zone

I have junk in my vault that are pretty much all god-rolls for things I never use 😏 Also, pinnacle to infuse. I made it to seasonal lvl 630, as of today, so I haven't needed pinnacles in a while 😅

There is enough here to be excited for the changes. The once character power level grind will be really nice.

I could be wrong but the way I read everything in terms of Pathfinder it seems like it's gonna be a much more grindy approach to level up... The one thing I really can't find that much information on is If Pathfinder is going to replace our weekly milestones which I feel like it might later down the road the way it's described... We just got to wait until release and see how it plays out.. Plus I kind of feel like it Wouldn't replace milestones because think about it some people who don't have the expansion they would have the option to level up 2000 power Just like the previous expansions beyond light Lightfall you always had the option to reach the max level regardless if you have the expansion or not it just means I'll take longer. I kind of want to go to that approach because I want to see how final Shape plays out.
Bungie already stated the weekly rituals where you used to receive bright dust etc will be included within the paths. Also once you claim the Engram, you can reset and New objections rewards will be available. Each week it will refresh with new rewards within the loot pool. New content every week, finally!

@@SubZer0Sam I just came back to destiny a month ago after a 11 month hiatus and I saw the bipod perk and must of misunderstood it wrong . Seemed like double the ammo and shots but like 90 % reduced dmg or something and I was like . “Why would anyone want that?”
@@cooldiesel28 its 25% reduced damage but you can neutralise it with radiant and or weapon surges.. its just beneficial for dropping champions or yellow bars quick rather than proc bait and switch etc.. of course in a sustained dps phase then bait n switch is far more useful than bipod

About the hoarding: i keep 4 things: things that stay useful but not needed right now, memory items, for example the first og trials of the 9 weapon i got, weapons i want to use resonance on for blueprint and lastly, Armor i like for Glam/transmog because I don't trust Bungie to not accidentally delete the list of previously acquired items.
Im just bitter I kept everything a year or so then deleted it cuz bungle had me believe it would never come back 🙄
I'd put down destiny 2 for a year or so and when I came back, there was a ton of new systems in place including the archive or whatever which you could reacquire weapons that your character had gotten in the past, yet.. I had apparently only even discover a small handful of weapons as opposed to the LITERALLY ALMOST EVERYTHING which my character had gotten their hands on before i got bored of the content-less grinding. I'd used thorn to "temper" over thousands of guardians in the crucible, yet according to bungie, I've never even seen a thorn.
Year later, im still salted.

One thing that might have happened, but I'm sure you read closely enough but still, some of the weapons youmaybe did unlock but weren't able to reaquire because they had random roles, weapons that had those weren't withdrawable from collection only those that had a fixed set of perks
So because they put a solar weighted artifact and solar builds were fairly dominant now they are nerfing solar builds. Wouldn’t just changing the artifact from heavily solar be enough of a nerf for solar builds? But they now are going to change/nerf both? Isn’t that an overreaction?
I don’t know that “solar” is getting nerfed it’s mainly just the well of radiance .. everything else solar wise is getting a buff consecration, swarm nade, hammer of sol, knock ‘em down etc etc everything outside well of radiance in regards solar subclasses is a buff

nah, doesn't always make sense to nerf, bungie always screws this up, they should buff the things people don't use.. every other subclass always needed a support super, yet they still don't and now the well gets a nerf right at the end of D2's life, logistically its the worst possible decision they could have made about it
It does make sense but not by 50% and 75%. No company except Bungie does this. Well is just another Rift now. Imagine if we took Tether away from Hunters and replaced it with another dodge. The backlash would be so strong Bungie would apologize on Twitter.

I don't think they're going to just screw everyone over and make their currencies useless without giving them a chance in the beginning of the update to sell/convert them, but maybe they will just screw everyone, it is bungie. haha. Enhancement cores is cool though, that helps a lot.
Well they removed it from certain things for this season and said it would be gone for final shape whether they will delete them from you inventory not sure but yeah
We need more then just 100 slots added to the vault I would of been fine if they added like 600.

iv just re read and re listened to some of the info.. and im not sure if they are actually touching bubble.. or whether they are just saying they are nerfing well to split the two apart.. its not that clear honestly

So with them allowing us to use sunset weapons again, does that only count if you had them stored in the vault? Or is that just because people have god rolls stored? Are we able to buy them with set rolls from the collections? I don't care about god rolls, but I want some of my weapons back that I loved 😂
Unfortunately for anything that had access to random rolls you won’t be able to require them from collections .. so yeah if you didn’t keep em in your fault it’s a no bueno.. I kept mine a year then deleted them ALL of them 😢 the only things we would be able to get again would be things like 21% delirium revoker etc from the kiosk

Bungie confirmed that until you complete the story the pale heart is linear. Once it’s complete it becomes a regular patrol zone

I keep mine for the memories, some weapons i remember getting thrm just by looking at them, I even have some weapons with high kill counters and some where you can still change their optics

@@SubZer0Sam Oh sorry, me highlighting (Massive Change) wasn't a reference to (Level of Relevancy) yet I more so thought that the word (Massive) or as you Typed it (MASSIVE) might make it sound like these changes are (Significant, Meaningfully Significant or Game changing) that's what I interpreted that as!

So overall it sounds like they are cutting the grind down a lot, im indifferent for selfish reason lmao, I’ve grinder since day of d1 and have ever since, now new lights will never know lmao. But realistically this just worries me because cutting the grind is great but I hope they can fill that gap with enough content otherwise the game might become stale quicker
