    Have the truggy and the short course. Great for small garden tracks. Just the battery holder could be improved.

    • @rcexpatshk
      @rcexpatshk  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      We have actually experienced no issues with the battery holder yet !
      But I guess these little RCs are giving everyone a different user experience. They’re not bad tbh.

    I absolute love my LC-truggies! Beast right outta box! Upgrades I recommend are: # Metal steering-blocks and hubs (front and rear - first things to break). # Alternate Bumper for bashing (from the Shortcourse tec.) # Also, if you do higher jumps like 2 or 3 meters, better get a backup of diff-housings 😉 The rear one could break after a while, especially at cold weather. Overall: For me LC is the real deal! Cheers👋 th-cam.com/video/MiBMbE7TMQI/w-d-xo.html

      @GuyslacklusterRcReview 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @RC Expats Hong Kong Oh man that sucks, I'm guessing maybe it could be a bad batch of plastic ball cups from the factory.
      Just rewatched the video and Lol for some reason I missed the part where you talked about swapping the links the first time around oops. I have no excuse.. hahaha

    • @rcexpatshk
      @rcexpatshk  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Haha 😂. They failed also that night. Because I didn’t screw them far enough and they popped out and one of the dog bones were lost.
      It’s since been remedied …

    Nice video - Where did you get the steering links that bolt directly onto the shock towers if I may ask?

    • @rcexpatshk
      @rcexpatshk  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks! This links I got online direct from china ( Taoboa.com ) maybe available on AliExpress not sure.
      They do need some loctite though to keep the nuts in place otherwise they loosen up whilst you’re driving and fall out as you saw during my race .
      Hope that helps .

      I bought a set of those off Aliexpress and the rod ends on them were complete garbage, they added so much play to the suspension that it was impossible to set the camber and toe properly.

    • @rcexpatshk
      @rcexpatshk  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@slick2500 yeah not the best solution. I’ve since removed the metal ones and reinstalled the stock plastic ones the using some heat pushed the ball joints a little tighter. Still pop out but not as much.

    Theyre really cute but like...nobody runs 14th or 12th out here. Its all 10th. You can sometimes find a few 8th racers, but almost never 14th. 8th are hard to find a big enough track, and 12/14 dont feel as fun due to size and require shorter grass or manicured track to run on, so like.... I just gotta race all 10th.

    • @rcexpatshk
