Mind you to visit Nuwara Eliya when you come to Sri Lanka. If you go there, take the Badulla Train whose name of the train is Podi Menike. And do visit Ella, Lokanthaya and Horton Plains as well. You can cover all those places in your Nuwara Eliya trip. In fact, Nuwara Eliya is called Small England which implies it is so cold. And if you are interested in history of Sri Lanka, do visit Seegiriya and Ruwanveli Seya. But try to accompany with someone who knows the history of those places when you go there. And If you would like to enjoy beaches, do go to Unawatuna and Ruumassala in Galle. Wish you all the best for your trip. I also visited many places in India including Bihar, Jaipur, Chennai and so on.

Once I visited India but its bit of contrast look bit filthy cities and facilities rubbish scattered everywhere but Sri Lanka looks Cleaner fantastic environment

North-center cities are more chaotic given their complex history and population.
You will find similar of vibe of sri lanka in the southern side of India- Kerala, Goa, Pondicherry

Hi international covid rules keep on changing with time. if you are double vaccinated and have taken the immunity dose too, there shouldn’t be any problem though

How is April Or mid of April 2022 to visit srilanka?
Hey Malvika, Sri Lanka is pretty much hot all over the year, temperature is little low in december and jan, a very short window though. So don’t worry, go for it. Nuwara Eliya, Ella will be pleasant and beaches will be Hot and humid specially in afternoon.

Hi, very informatove video - thank you!! One question - we are a family of 4 woth quite a lot of luggage. If we want to take buses ocassionally example, from Colombobto Kandy so do you just pre-booking (any app to do that?) or can we directly go to bus stands? Do they have space to store luggage generally?

In my opinion, It’s easy to travel personally. Flights and visa are super easy and you can rent a two wheeler, car, tuktuk to explore the country

I mentioned three hotels here Marino beach and Nivasa Hotel in Colombo, Kandy city view in Kandy
Is there's any requirement of vaccination certificate or non vaccinated can also travel?
Yes vaccinated certificate is required to get exemption from quarantine, only RT pCR and vaccine certificate will work in that case.
If only single dose or not vaccinated then according to the current rules quarantine is mandatory at your own cost (I have also checked this online, so please confirm with other sources too as I am not 100% sure about non vaccination rules)
Sri Lanka is from Eastern India, Sinhalese is from Odia Bengali, Prince Vijaya is from

Hey budget will totally vary from number of days to flights and stay but on an average if you do it for 7-8 days within budget you can do it in 30-40k per head

Yes irrespective of the current situation, everything is under control as locals are maintaining proper rules and wearing masks all the time. It is safe to travel to Srilanka
