I think you forgot that in sonic superstars the grey emerald gives each character a special ability. Knuckles ability is just punching. So you could use that.
I think after this you should calculate Amy’s stats. I’ve seen so much discrepancy on whether she’s supposed to be speedy or strong or agile, I wanna see how many Sonics each Amy could beat in a foot race, and how many Knuckles each Amy outhammers with her strength
It is infinite strength. Knuckles has been stated multiple times to have strength rivalling Sonic's speed and since Sonic casually breaks out of dimensional spaces and not only moves in, but restores time within a timeless void, his speed is beyond calculation thus so is Knuckles' strength.
In Sonic Advance, pressing the B button will cause Knuckles to manually throw a punch, but I believe it uses the same animation as his idle, so I don't think your calculation would change.

No you're good because I thought the same thing to when looking it up! When someone punches, they typically put the full force of their body into the punch and not just their hands or arms. So when we see Knuckles lean forward in his punches, he's using his full body weight and not just his hands
The only complaint I have is that you calculated Classic Knuckles height and weight based off of his Modern appearance but dismissed it for Boom Knuckles. Why is that?
