Kurt Beck Yeah I got some a few days later and bushed everything. Steering is tight now. I ended up welding the collar in place instead of the JB WELD job.
All you had to do was take it off the bearing block instead of the steering suport. That way the height of the steering is not affected and much easier to remove. I'm going to mill mine to tighten it up.
I ordered shim stock through Grainger. Delivered it to my door.
