Seasoned Quinoa would be delicious substitute for rice
Please give substitute to explain vegetables if not available in United states.States. what are the leaves in that you can substitute for.
Hi, i'm sorry but Pondu doesn't have substitute. I'm sure you can find all the rest of the vegetables in America's supermarket. Or try Spanish or Chinese supermarket if you have some next to you x
Coucou tu pourrais faire le poulet fumé na mwamba
Hi you didn't say how much palm oil you put to cook pondu?
I wonder if it is necessary to wash it? It's seems like wasting nutrient!
Hi love. Do you have an Instagram account?
Do you cater & make deliveries for people?

Hi, I can cater! you can contact me on eatwithketsia@gmail.com to discuss your needs, thanks.

Your videos are long because of the translation
You boil it to get read of raw smell which very poisonous ☠️
