Y puedes preguntar específicamente por la lana que se puede tejer con los dedos! Aunque te sugiero buscarla por internet si dónde vives no hay muchas tiendas con variedad. Saludos!

She is making the blanket out of something called "roving". It is usually used by people who hand spin yarn. That form of fiber might be available in fibers other than wool, I don't know. I think the blanket would not be very stable and I can't imagine what would happen if you tried to wash it, I don't know if it could even stand up to dry cleaning. It is incredibly beautiful. I have spun yarn from roving. I think if I was going to make this I would experiment with twisting the roving a little bit, so all those fibers that are lined up straight wouldn't be lined up. That's what a spinner would be doing, pulling a little bit of fiber and spinning it into yarn, you just keep making the yarn by pulling more wool from the roving. You Tube has many videos about spinning and roving.
Washing it would be a disaster, especially if you used wool roving. The fibers would felt together (not necessarily the way you want) and the whole thing would shrink like crazy.
I have 5 cats and that blanket would not last long because they would tear it apart very quickly as they did my Dream Catcher that also used wool roving.

You can't. Anything that is created from wool roving, and not yarn, will fall apart eventually.
