- If you're wondering how to visit and climb the highest peak in Spain, this video is for you! El Teide is the highest peak in Spain! In the Canary Islands, this active volcano stands at 3,715 meters tall (google would say 3,718 meters but our guide informed us this is the most recent measurement). In this video we will be visiting El Teide 3 different ways. We will first take a scenic drive, then take a tour to the peak, and lastly, we will self drive to the top for some epic stargazing!

Yup we booked through Volcano Teide. If you want to do the same hike we did you’ll need to make sure you book the tour that includes it with the permit
Hi, what tour guide did you guys book through? also would you say its suitable for a 12 years old (thinking only upto the cable car and not the rest of the hike)? Thanks!
We booked through Volcano Teide. The info should be in the description. And yeah the 12 year old would probably be fine to ride the cable car up. I’m not sure if there are any age restrictions or anything so just double check on that
