I think the thing about these act 2 remixes that makes me like it so much is that they follow similar melodies and tropes to the act 1 music, but change it up in a way that conveys a completely different mood. These are unbelievably good remixes and Im super excited to see and hear what comes next!

Me encanta como fusiona sonidos tipicos de brazil junto a sonidos sinteticos, aparte la voz le da un toque de ruinas antiguas, y las secciones de brass estan perfectamente puestas, todo esta tan bien armonizado, y la bateria acompaña perfectamente

It feels and sounds empowering and so Godly. It fits with Aquatic Ruin, I can just imagine sonic running into and out of the water, through the waterfalls, and then making his way to the top of the ruin and looking down at the beautiful ruin while hearing the La-la-laaaaa

at 0:53 you can see that whoever is playing is clearly used to the original Sonic 2 layout as he was trying to hit the spring that used to be there, presumably so he wouldnt be hit by the badnik that used to be at the top.

2 years later..... holy shit i never thought you could pull this banger off.
When I was streaming the demo during the hacking contest, I thought the music was so good that I couldn't tell if the mod was using a Tee Lopes remix for the stage music or if it was entirely original because the music in each stage and act was so superb.
This definitely fits perfectly, love it!

The songs from the second acts of this game are so good, seriously
this legit gives me bittersweet anime ending vibes:
credits rolling next to it a small screen showing the following: as you ride the train going to your collage in Tokyo you remember the sweet days you had in your child hood, your friends one by one, your sister, your mother and most importantly your dead father, (scene changes) your mother is finally over the death of your father, your sister's bakery is a success, your childhood friend is playing in the major, your upperclassman in russia looking at the sky spacing out hoping you are doing alright then their friends call them so they answer (scene pans out), (scene switches back to your dad's grave) this track keeps playing while you're voice lingers in the background "are proud of me dad, I've done it" the music stops with it, your train. now you are in Tokyo as a mysterious person greets you as if they know you well, it's your aunt and she is a government agent, "yo" she says with a confident grin on her face, (screen fades to black) "your adventure has just begun".
will there ever be a second season? probably no, the studio and the anime are way too underappreciated it's simply not financially viable, but guess what you damn well enjoyed that masterpiece of a show... (๑¯◡¯๑)*:･ﾟ✧*:･ﾟ✧

My only small nitpick is that I think the lead instrument should have been an acustic guitar rather than the synth. The guitar just fits the Greek theme of Aquatic ruins and the rest of the instrumentation of this remix better in my opinion.
Other than that, magnificent work dude! I searched this up when I saw the recent demo. Makes my ears melt.
i see where you are coming from. but in my opinion aquatic ruins zone more fits with Latin music, the landscape more reminds me of Puerto Rico or some other tropical Spanish island. i feel like Marble zone more fits with Greek or Roman times. but i see where you are coming from.
